Pet Drugs Online are a Veterinary practice and online pet pharmacist, part of the national group Independent Vetcare.

They needed a telephony solution that allowed them to efficiently handle the high levels of inbound calls they received. Their existing infrastructure was outdated and customer service was being compromised. They also needed complete visibility around call statistics and reporting.

We installed the Avaya IP Office system at the company’s new premises, along with a Customer Call Reporter programme and new Avaya digital handsets. Full professional training to end user staff was provided, as were wall boards for call statistics. We also fully managed the relocation of the company’s communications infrastructure to the new site, with minimum disruption to the business. We delivered the system via 12 SIP Trunks.

Call Assist is a Vehicle Breakdown and Rescue company, who reach customers quickly and effect roadside repairs by working with a network of recovery agents within the UK and Europe.

The company wanted a reliable, adaptive telephone system to enable their call centre to be operational on a 24 hour basis. This system needed to be fully supported in the event of any system outage or other failure so that Call Assist can continue to service clients despite the issue.

We designed and installed a bespoke IP telephone system and we also provide a 24/7/365 support contract. We also designed and set up a full second site redundancy facility which acts as backup in the event of any system failure.

Critically, their nationwide service team has a commitment to providing 24/7 emergency care to its customers, with access to an out of hours call-out service. The company were also relocating as result of growth and wanted to upgrade their communications infrastructure.

Solution IP provided Thamesgate with a fully project- managed installation, including

configuring and supply of multiple handsets. The move from the old

system to a new Mitel MiVoice system was handled seamlessly, meaning that there was little impact on business functionality despite the complete system upgrade.
