Stable: The software is technically stable. As a product organization, we have a robust PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) in place. Based on this process, we have monthly updates (as necessary), patches (as and when required), and quarterly/half yearly updates. There is a version upgrade once every 3 years. Our clients will be given access to the Client Access area on SRIT website from where various patches, updates can be downloaded. Also, the same will be sent via CDs to the clients. All these are available as a part of the Annual Maintenance Contract
