INTRODUCTION

Several statitstiche of institutional and private sources ,claiming that only 2% of the causes of workplace accidents are due to "factors outside our control and unpredictable" . Another

20% are due to deficiencies in technical plant and hazardous conditions.

The remaining 78% is given by a reckless and dangerous behavior put in place by the worker.

SO ...

About 4 out of 5 accidents are caused by "carelessness" human, and not to technical reasons or given by ... bad luck.
