SOPHE’s Independent Auditors provided a clean report for the year end 2018, as represented by the following excerpt from the Independent Auditors’ report dated September 27, 2019.
Audit Opinion:In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above represent fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Society for Public Health Education as of December 31, 2018 and 2017, and the changes in its net assets and its cash flow for the year ended December 31, 2018 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States.
