These are the results of the 2015 Senior Survey. Out of 157 seniors 151 responded to the survey. They were asked about their post high school plans and their specific plans for next fall. Grade point averages are based on the total GPA for 7 semesters as reported on the student’s transcripts. SAT and ACT scores were achieved by averaging the total scores. For the class of 2015 the AVERAGES are:

( 1 semester class = 5 credits)• 4 yrs. English 40 credits

• 3 yrs. History 30 credits

• 2 yrs. Science 20 credits

• 2 yrs. Math 20 credits

• 2 yrs. P.E. 20 credits

• 2 yrs. Foreign language 20 credits

• 1 yr. Visual & Performing Arts 10 credits

• Electives 65 credits

• Must earn full credit in all required courses

PSAT for all Sophomores

• October 14, 2015• 8:00 a.m. – 12:35 p.m.

• Take Sophomore year for practice

• You must take the PSAT during your Junior year to qualify to be a National Merit Scholarship Finalist

Grades and Credits

• “D ” grades = 5.0 credits

Students earn credit for high school graduation – a “D ” grade will not count for college admission.

• “F” grades = 0 credits

If you fail a required course (English, Math, Science, History etc.) you MUST make it up in summer school.

• Please check to make sure your 9th grade and summer classes are accurate.

• New students – verify your information from your previous school is transferred accurately during our four year meeting.
