Dramatized Experience

It is the learning by painful process. All dramatization is essential a process of

communication, in which both participants and spectators are engaged. A creative interaction takes place, a sharing of ideas

Differences of Dramatized Experiences

Plays Depict life, character, or culture or a combination of all

three.

Formal Play Rehearsed and prepared.

Pageants Are usually community dramas that are based on local

history, presented by local actors. It is an action but not sound.

Tableau A French word which means picture.

Pantomime Means body movement only.

Role Playing Unrehearsed and unprepared.

Puppets Unlike the regular stage play, can present ideas with extreme

simplicity- without elaborate scenery or costume- yet effectively.

Shadow Puppets Flat back silhouette made

from lightweight cardboard and shown behind a screen.

as well or better by other dramatic means. Puppet plays must be based on action rather than

on word. Keep the plays short. Do not omit the possibilities of music and dancing

as part of the puppet show. Adapt the puppet show to the age, background,

and tastes of the students.

Dramatic experiences cater to students multiple intelligences. The most fir for kinesthetically in intelligent are Pageants, Plays, Pantomime, Tableau, Formal plays, Role plays, and Puppets.
