Currently, Family Hour ministry meets
every Sunday at 9:00 AM via Zoom
video conferencing. We come
together as families to learn God’s
Word, worship with songs, learn hymns
and their histories, memorize Bible
verses, and pray with one another. As
part of studying God’s Word, we review
the key points of the sermon from the
previous and upcoming Sunday
services using the Active Listening
Guide provided through email and at
church. By doing so, the children, with
the help from their parents, are
prepared to listen and comprehend
the Sunday sermons and join their
families for Sunday service at church or
online.

David’s personal health issues (surgery on vocal cords and medication for depression. David’s older sister chemo for ovarian cancer. Missionaries TWO by 2 supports need encouragement and prayer support. Some are in trying and even dangerous situations.

Wisdom for SOS team of leaders as they distribute food packets to people. Please pray for open hearts to receive the Savior. Two of the team that are distributing food have severe car issues. Favor for Rich as he raises the funds needed to feed starving people in two new places: Central Kenya and Central India.

Pioneers Deaf ministry in Mexico
Pray for their visas to keep moving through the process so they can return to Mexico. Also pray that their new church will weather this storm and continue to thrive. Pray that Eder, their deaf leader, will stay strong through this time especially since Howard and Janet are away.

Pray that they will find a place to live in the Santa Barbara area for their year of home assignment. Pray also for transition away from the Philippines and to the US. Pray for their son Elias who just graduated high school. He would like to get a job for a year and then see what is next.

Pray that Rusty’s team will be able to get back to a full ministry and remain fee of the Covid virus. Pray that God will end this crisis sooner than the experts say, so they can start reaping the harvest that will be there after all the turmoil the world has been in recently. Pray also that he will have guidance from the Lord in “re-inventing” themselves to better reach out for the Lord.

Counseling—to be good listeners and lovingly tell the truth from the Word of God. Relationships—To let the Holy Spirit control them at all times. Transportations—their current ministry vehicle has 210,000 miles and may need replacement.
