Chile

A modern house located in Santiago, this property was designed by distinguished

Kaiser Sotheby’s International Realty recently sold the Atlanta Falcon’s kicker,

$2,880,000 USD, making it the most expensive single-family home sold in Orange

Beach in the last six years. While on the market, the home received media coverage

on many outlets including The Wall Street Journal. Bryant and the Falcons finished

second overall in the NFL in 2016, falling to the Patriots in Super Bowl LI.

non-waterfront property in Westchester County for 2016.

Encore Sotheby’s International Realty in Indiana recently closed on the sale of a

$4,800,000 USD 22nd floor executive flat with views of the Indianapolis skyline. The

residence features all the luxuries of a five-star hotel, including concierge access, a pool

and gym. This sale marks the largest residential real estate sale in the company’s

six-year history as well as the largest residential real estate sale in Indianapolis

space. The contemporary villa sold in late 2016 for an undisclosed amount.

Czech Republic Sotheby’s International Realty closed on its first sale since joining

of the Elk River, Vista Verde Ranch consists of 587 acres.

The Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC Senior Leadership Team proudly recognizes the Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate members who were among the

2017 graduating class of Ascend: The Executive Leadership ExperienceSM. The program is available exclusively to Realogy brand-affiliated brokerage owners who are in the

process of grooming a successor to lead their company into the future.

Ascend is a 46-week learning experience comprised of four one-week interactive classroom semesters at Realogy’s headquarters interspersed with extended online learning

modules. The rigorous Ascend curriculum engaged Realogy senior leadership, real estate industry experts and current successful franchisees from Sotheby’s International

Realty network and other Realogy brands. It culminated with individual case study presentations. The program’s intense face-to-face and online learning experience prepared

the participants to become successful future brokerage leaders by challenging them to significant growth in three core areas identified in the program’s mission statement:

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty in Australia celebrated the opening of its

new Gold Coast office. The grand launch event was attended by approximately 250 VIP

guests and featured a red carpet, French champagne, oyster bar and luxury vehicles from

Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and McLaren. The event, in conjunction with the stylish and

sophisticated office space, has helped the firm continue to gain business momentum.

is a fundraiser for the Steamboat Springs

Winter Sports Club (SSWSC) with 100% of

the proceeds benefitting the organization. For

the 2017 Winter Carnival, Steamboat Springs

Sotheby’s International Realty commissioned

local artist Chula Beauregard to create a one-

of-a-kind oil-on-canvas painting that captures

the spirit of the carnival. The original piece

and three limited edition signed, numbered

and framed prints were auctioned off and the

artwork was transformed into posters that were

sold during the event, raising over $10,000 USD

for the SSWSC.

Mallorca Sotheby’s International Realty sponsored the Futures tennis

tournament at the Rafa Nadal Sports Center, which showcases new tennis talent

and give promising players a chance to further their careers and move on to more

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty hosted its annual Pie It Forward day

where clients and local community members are invited to pick up a fresh pie

that they could take home to their families for Thanksgiving as a thank you for
