It was the most expensive sale of the week in New York City for the week it sold, accord-ing to city records. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence is one of 11 full-floor residences among the 94 condominiums. The custom interiors feature a one-ton soaking tub in the master bathroom that was hand-carved from a single slab of marble and is framed by glass walls.
Grace Oh of Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty recently sold a 3,437 square foot apartment located at the mid-levels of Victoria Peak. The home enjoys spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and the city. With a spacious balcony and quality finishing, the home sold for $110,000,000 (HK) $14,195,000 (USD).
