SOTS ELC VACATION CARE Dear Parents and Families, As a part of the Centre’s ‘Quality Improvement Plan’, we have spoken to the children and sent out an ‘Expression of Interest’ questionnaire to parents in order to gather ideas for the Vacation Care program. Feedback has been amazing, and we have incorporated many ideas into this engaging and spirited summer fun program. This program has been developed so that children in the stages of early childhood have access to age appropriate recreational experiences that promote social interactions as well as opportunities to engage with the community around them. Please note, there are only 20 spaces available in the ELC per day so please get your booking forms returned as quickly as possible to secure your spot. The program will follow the EYLF and My Time, Our Place curriculums and will comply with the National Quality Framework as well as the Education and Care National Regulations Act. Programs are developed in consultation with the children attending the service and will be based on the children’s interests. Please note the Centre policies in which we operate are still applicable whilst not on site at the ELC Centre. Fees 9-hour session (7:30am – 4:30pm) - $100 includes breakfast, morning tea and afternoon tea. 10-hour session (7:00am – 5:00pm) - $110 includes breakfast, morning tea and afternoon tea. 12-hour session (6:00am – 6:00pm) - $120 includes breakfast, morning tea and afternoon tea. All programmed activities are included in this fee. Once booked, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel days for which your child cannot attend or is absent.
