Preferred Hook-up #1 Use RCA Cable
Most conflicts occur when trying to down convert from 5 Channel to 2 Channel. If you convert to analog the problems will cease. The following diagram is the safest set up. If you are having problems start here to verify the sound bar is working properly then try more advanced hook-ups.

Alternate Hook-up #2 Using HDMI Cable
It is assumed you verified the Sound Bar operates properly in Hook-up #1. The following diagram shows a HDMI hook-up. This diagram is an alternate set up using TV RCA analog output to Sound Bar Some programming of each source may need to be done to provide the proper signal to the Sound Bar via the TV.

It is assumed you verified the Sound Bar operates properly in Hook-up #1. The following diagram shows the Digital hook-up. This diagram is an alternate set up using TV Digital Optical or Coaxial output to Sound Bar. Some programming of each source may need to be done to provide the proper signal to the Sound Bar via the TV.
