PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONSDO NOT THAW. COOK FROM FROZEN. Open each kit component separately, in order of food preparation, by cutting pouch end with scissors. • Place rice noodle nests in two deep soup bowls and set aside. • In a medium sized pot (2qt.), combine 725ml of cold water and the

pho broth concentrate. • Place on stove burner and bring to boil on high heat. • Add salmon and bring back to boil. • Add vegetables and bring back to simmer until internal temperature

of salmon is 145°F. • Pour pho broth equally over two rice noodle nests and let rest for

3 minutes...then dig in! * MADE IN CANADA FROM DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED INGREDIENTS.

temperature of salmon or scallops reaches 145°F. Chowder is now ready; however, another 5-7 minutes at very low heat will allow flavors to marry for the ultimate taste!

Tip: increasing the ratio of milk to water will increase product creaminess.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONSDO NOT THAW. COOK FROM FROZEN. Open each kit component separately, in order of food preparation, by cutting pouch end with scissors. • In a medium sized pot (2qt.), bring 2.5 cups (600ml) water to boil. • Add pasta, and boil for 4-5 minutes. • Add salmon and vegetables and bring back to boil for approximately

5 minutes, or until internal temperature of salmon is 145°F. • Stir in powdered sauce mix and SHUT OFF HEAT.• Continue to stir until smooth and creamy.
