Joël-Eric MISSAINHOUN est Associé du Groupe AfricSearch qu’il a rejoint en 2003 après avoir exercé plusieurs années durant le métier d’Avocat en Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité au Cabinet Ernst & Young (Paris). Titulaire du CAPA (Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profes-sion d’Avocat) obtenu à l’Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris et d’un DESS en Droit Bancaire et Financier obtenu à l’Université Paris I (Panthéon – Sorbonne), il est très actif sur le continent africain, et a contribué à construire l’une des richesses du Cabinet AfricSearch, sa base de données et son réseau de contacts à travers le continent et au sein de la diaspora.

Il est également membre de plusieurs associations et organisations oeuvrant sur le continent et en dehors, avec pour objectifs principaux, entre autres, le renforcement des capacités et la mise à disposition des entreprises du continent, les meilleures ressources humaines, le développement de l’entreprenariat, etc.

Joël-Eric MISSAINHOUN is Managing Partner and Executive Director in charge of activi-ties of the AfricSearch office in Abidjan.For over fifteen years, Joel-Eric has successfully been involved in projects and activities linked directly to Africa.

For 5 years, he was employed as a lawyer (African Tax and Legal issues) at Ernst & Young in Paris. In that position he was involved in providing advisory services to multinationals and assisting several African governments.

Joël-Eric has a Master Degree (DESS) in Banking Law, from La Sorbonne University in Paris, and is graduated from the Paris Bar school.

Directeur Général de l’Agence Marocaine de Coopération Internationale (AMCI), M. Methqal est diplômé Ingénieur en systèmes de communication de l’Ecole Polytech-nique Fédérale de Lausanne et titulaire d’un MBA en Management du Collège des Ingé-nieurs à Paris et d’un Certificat en Entrepreneuriat du Babson Collège aux Etats-Unis.Spécialisé dans le conseil en stratégie, management et organisation, il a réalisé plusieurs missions de conseil dans le secteur public et privé. En 2010, il rejoint le cabinet du Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances en tant que conseiller du Ministre durant deux ans en charge du suivi du Comité de Veille Stra-tégique, des stratégies sectorielles, des contrats programmes et des projets de loi de finances.De 2013 à 2016, il est conseiller économique du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération, en charge de la nouvelle diplomatie économique, de la coopération et du développement international. Il a assure également entre février et décembre 2016, la fonction de directeur de cabinet du Président de la COP22.

Director of the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), Mr. Methqal is a graduate engineer in communication systems from the polytechnic Federal Institute in Lausanne and holds an MBA in Management from the College of Engineers in Paris as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Babson College in the United States.Specialized in strategy, management and organization consulting, he has carried out several consulting missions in the public and private sectors.In 2010, he joined the Cabinet of the Minister of Economy and Finance as a consultant to the Minister during two years where he was in charge of monitoring the business intelli-gence commitee, sector strategies, program contracts and finance bills.From 2013 to 2016, he was the economic advisor of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, in charge of the new economic diplomacy as well as the international cooperation and development and was the chief of staff for the President of COP22, from february to december 2016.

Ralph Wiegmann est le PDG de iF International Forum Design GmbH, iF DESIGN TA-LENTS GmbH et de iF Industrie Forum Design e. V.

Grâce à ses activités mondiauses et à ses décennies d’expérience, sur le continent asia-tique en particulier, il est considéré comme un intervenant reconnu opérant souvent dans des conférences de grande envergures, intimement familier avec la scène du design et très bien informé sur les programmes axés sur l’Asie, ce qui en fait un partenaire de réseautage très expérimenté.

Avant cela, Ralph a travaillé pour Deutsche Messe AG en tant que Directeur et manager de projet de 1981 à 1995. Il est ancien membre du conseil d’administration de la World Design Organization et, en sa qualité de Directeur général de l’iF, joue un rôle décisif dans la réussite de l’organisation des iF DESIGN AWARDS ainsi que sa mise en avant à l’international.

Ralph Wiegmann is the CEO of iF International Forum Design GmbH, iF DESIGN TALENTS GmbH and of iF Industrie Forum Design e. V.

Thanks to his global activities and his decades of experience, on the Asian continent in particular, he is a popular speaker at conferences, intimately familiar with the design scene and very knowledgeable about programs focusing on Asia, making him a highly experienced networking partner.

Prior to this, Ralph worked for Deutsche Messe AG as a project leader and leading exe-cutive from 1981 to 1995. He is a former board member of ICSID (International Council of Societies of Industrial Design) and, in his capacity as iF Managing Director, plays a decisive role in advancing the international reputation and ensuring the successful orga-nization of the iF DESIGN AWARDS.

President of the Group of Moroccan Advertisers, Mounir Jazouli is an elected member of the Executive Board of the «World Federation of Advertisers» since 2012 where he sits among global marketing, communication and public affairs leading personalities.

Mr. Jazouli is the Communications and Media Director at BMCE Bank of Africa, a banking group operating through 22 countries in Africa and 10 in Europe, Asia and North America. He developed all along his career an international expertise in Marketing, Communication, Digital and Sustainable Development that he shares by organizing specialized conferences and seminars as long as providing training courses in higher education institutes.

Since 2014, Mr. Jazouli has been the founding president of the African Digital Summit, which brings together more than 1,000 advertisers and digital actors from about 15 countries every month in Casablanca. He launched several initiatives for digital develop-ment such as the annual study «Digital Trends Morocco», the Digital Garden, the Moroccan Digital Awards...

Président du Groupement des Annonceurs du Maroc, Mounir Jazouli est membre élu du Comité Exécutif «World Federation of Advertisers» depuis 2012 ou il siège aux côtés de grandes personnalités mondiales du marketing, de la Communication et de public affairs.

M. Jazouli est à la tête de la direction communication et médias de BMCE Bank of Africa, groupe bancaire présent dans 22 pays en Afrique et 10 autres en Europe, Asie et Amé-rique du nord. Il a développé une expertise internationale en Marketing, Communication, Digital et développement durable qu’il partage en animant des conférences et séminaire spécialisés et en assurant des formations dans des écoles supérieures.

M. Jazouli est, depuis 2014, président fondateur de l’African Digital Summit qui réunit chaque mois de décembre à Casablanca plus de 1000 annonceurs et acteurs du digital d’une quinzaine de pays. Srini Srinivasan est un entrepreneur hautement performant dans le domaine du design créatif et du développement technologique, avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience profession-nelle dans la Silicon Valley, aux États-Unis. Trésorier de World Design Organisation. Il est également président et chef de la direction de LUMIUM DESIGN, Inc.Srini, dans son rôle de membre du commité consultatif, aide et encadre les start-up technologiques et les structure éducatives. Il est actuellement membre du conseil d’admi-nistration de Wot Now et The TechSPA aux États-Unis; Et Wellingkar Institute of Manage-ment Development & Research, à Mumbai, en Inde. Il a participé à plusieurs conférences publiques dans le monde entier sur des sujets d’innovation et de design. Srini a également été jury d’événements et de compétitions de design.Srini est un membre actif de l’IDSA, l’organisme professionnel des designers industriels aux États-Unis. Srini a été à UC Berkeley pour ses études en direction et gestion de produits.

Srini Srinivasan is a highly accomplished entrepreneur in creative design and technology development, with over 20 years of work experience in the Silicon Valley, United States. Treasurer of World Design Organization.
