IMAGINERethinking library services for Te Takere
A thought piece

Te Takere is different shared facilities shared resources shared services
This will impact on governance operations branding and marketing
GAME CHANGER
WHY?
Te Takere is more than just a library, It’s a multi-purpose community
facility, a number of partners, with different kaupapas, an opportunity to do things
differently, a requirement to do things
differently,
We need to move forward together
The partners will need to understand each other’s visions and aspirations for Te Takere; we need to know what this relationship is going to bring to each of us and agree on a clear set of values.
The result will be a relationship of mutual respect - an absolute fundamental to go forward on.
