POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides face-to-face customer service to store customers, including processing of payments, billing inquiries, sales of services/equipment, repair services, and scheduling of installations/disconnects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Time Warner Cable Southern California Operations- West Region currently seeks a Dispatch Coordinator for our Business Class Department in our Cerritos, CA office. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting a number of activities within the Business Services Operations organization. The primary responsibilities are to exceed commercial customer expectations on all interactions while insuring the maximum support of all field personnel of the Business Class team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Additional areas of responsibilities are the effective routing of daily customer appointments (work orders), advance calls to customers confirming appointments, managing technician routes and then balancing work order assignments using various resources or computerized workforce management applications for coordination in a fast-paced, changing commercial service environment.

Responsibilities also include the creation, tracking and reporting of work activities by the field technicians; collecting and reporting GPS status, programming and testing customer routers for proper operation; and the collecting, recording and reporting various information that may include tool lists, test equipment assignments, vehicle inspection reports, CPE inventory status, etc.

Develops, completes and maintains forms, reports and schedules tracking department activities.

Collects data and calculates the progress of multiple work activities for music, video, digital, high-speed data and Business Class Phone (BCP) services.

Will assist in the troubleshooting of video and data services with field personnel and customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required; and zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment supporting divergent groups providing 24x7 support for commercial customers in the hospitality, business, military, governmental, VIP, SOHO and special community sectors.

CSG along with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Office skills.

Knowledge and experience using Close Tab’s and Microsoft Access a plus.

The Time Warner Cable Southern California Operations- West Region currently seeks a Business Services Expeditor Specialist position, for our Business Services Department in our Cerritos office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Insure the total satisfaction of all Business Class customers with processing and completion of their contracted work requests by supporting the Sales Coordinators in handling complex order processing, assist with processing questions, and resolving issues that prevent them from completing their daily work. Provide on-going training support for Sales Coordinators for process changes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Must fully understand the end-to-end process of the Sales Coordinator role.

Handled all order expedites to completion.

Assist Sales Coordinators with System and Workflow processes.

Manage and work all necessary incoming request sent to distribution email.

Assist Supervisors with escalated calls.

Account Research on installation escalations and other issues preventing a successful install.

Provide additional training on various systems and/or workflow as needed or required.

Assist AE’s with any SFDC related questions.

Process Complicated and/or escalated Orders that need to be handed over by the Sales Coordinators.

Assist in special projects, such as processing orders for sales coordinators when not present.

Work with other functional groups within Business Class to ensure all orders are processed and installed correctly to customer’s satisfaction.

Create on the spot process updates to facilitate immediate changes to process either temporary or long term.

Serve as the point on all ORT projects for the Service Delivery team.

Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer-Commercial Location: Cerritos, CA Requisition #: 127400BR The Time Warner Cable Southern California Operations- West Region currently seeks a Sr Network Engineer for our Engineering Department in our Cerritos, CA office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Network Engineer position will be responsible for all fiber-based commercial services/products in Southern California, Mountain West & Hawaii including design, implementation, service activation, MACD, support and network maintenance functions. This position will also be responsible for the oversight and ongoing mentoring/training of Network Engineers within the team

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Configure, service and support all core, edge and CPE routing and switching equipment necessary for the

delivery of all fiber-based Business Class products and services. This includes all equipment, both active and passive, in the network

• Test, validate and document all new core, edge and CPE hardware and connections for proper configuration and performance.

• Generate MOP’s (Method of Procedure) and coordinate with the RNOC/GNOC on all service affecting and non-service affecting maintenance activities

• Document all core alarm points are being properly monitored and maintain accurate and detailed core circuit design records and drawings. This includes both creating the records as well as ensuring they are updated for any as-built or service restoration changes.

• Assist with the design and provisioning of all provider edge, customer premise equipment and other related equipment as necessary and directed

• As part of an on-call/standby rotation, respond to after hours call-out for service restoration, troubleshooting, network testing and repair of all core equipment necessary for the delivery of TWC’s advanced Fiber Service offerings. Ensure the commercial customer support team is kept up to date on the progress of all repair and upgrade activities. Also assist commercial service techs in troubleshooting, testing and repair of all last mile and customer premise equipment and other related equipment as necessary and directed

• Participate in the creation and review of event post mortem documentation to ensure accurate and meaningful post mortems are created. Review all post mortem documents and implement procedures to minimize future service outages and shorten the duration.

• Maintain all spare stock for all core equipment necessary for the delivery of metro Ethernet and regional transport. Track all equipment RMAs and ensure that proper levels of spare inventory are maintained.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on all core commercial equipment such as software upgrades and equipment upgrades and assist with such maintenance on the last mile and customer premise network equipment as needed.

• Work with the RDC personnel to maintain, configure, and upgrade element manager servers as needed for both the core network equipment and last mile network equipment

• Ensure security to all network equipment including development and maintenance of commercial firewalls and access lists.

• Expected and required to act as a team lead and mentor for Network Engineers • Review and approve configuration files and MOPs from Network Engineers on the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 5-7 years plus of designing, deploying, operating, trouble resolution and supporting MPLS, VPLS, BGP and

Effectively works all addresses as assigned to maximize sales activity and increase penetration of all products.

Compiles daily reports of sales contacts, presentations, objections, sales and other information as required by supervisor.

Daily turn-in of orders and monies collected in the field.

Apprise Supervisor of competitive activity in territory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization required.

One or more years of sales experience required, preferably door-to-door or telemarketing / outbound sales.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

Professional appearance conducive to an office and field environment required.

Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required.

Previous sales training experience required.

Ability to work evening and weekends required.

Valid and active California driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Use of private vehicle and certificate of insurance required.

Ability to work special events on as-needed basis required.

Technical aptitude or working knowledge of cable, internet / modem preferred.

Job Title: Retail Sales Representative Location: Indio, CA Requisition #: 127315BR The Time Warner Cable Southern California Operations- West Region currently seeks a Retail Sales Representatives for our Sales Department in our Indio, CA office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. POSITION SUMMARY: Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for an integrated sales marketing effort including detailing and merchandising, retailer training, in store sales, special events and sales promotion. The goal of the program is to build strong relationships with the retail customers and in turn drive sales and market share of Time Warner Cable products. Key responsibilities consist of building relationships with retail store managers, sales associates and the community to drive Time Warner Cable installation activity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Communicates with customers in person to sell new/upgrade cable products and services. Utilizes

sales offers and techniques to ensure long-term retention of customers and services. • Completes orders for cable service generated through the NOSA ordering kiosk or other online

database. • Completes orders though TWC’s Retail Sales Hotline Team and National Retail Call Center

(NRCC). • Delivers superior customer service and sales support to potential customers. • Accurately completes all work orders and paperwork associated with each job function. • Maintains strong relationships with retail store staff and management (Sales Reps, Managers,

Directors, and Regional Managers) with the purpose of expanding sales of TWC services (HD, High Speed Internet, Digital Phone, and Wireless).

• Interacts in a positive manner with other TWC departments and locations as required to accomplish tasks.

• Works with the Marketing Administrator, NOSA Team and Retail Sales Team to ensure that all NOSA and Online orders are completed and that all customers are contacted within specified time periods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must possess effective sales skills in order to promote, sell, and close sales. • Must be able to analyze customer preferences in conversation and match with company products

and/or services. • Must be self-motivated and sales driven to meet sales goals and able to work with minimum

supervision. • Must be able to follow through with customers to ensure the installation is scheduled via face-to-

face, phone, and email interactions. • Ability to learn cable television hook-up, converter hook-up, VCR/DVR, Digital Phone hook-up or

equivalent required. • Must be able to work multiple locations as needed (within a regional geographic area) and on

weekends to accomplish sales goals. • Must be able to maintain regular attendance and be able to work flexible evening and weekend

hours. Must be available for occasional overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to oversee, manage and supervise all cable TV construction activities and personnel as well as outside contractor involvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervises, interviews, selects, trains, promotes, schedules, motivates, evaluates and disciplines

construction personnel. Serves as a TWC liaison between government officials, public utilities and private building owners,

and contractors in order to secure clearances and permits for system construction. Conducts construction feasibility studies, cost estimates, prepares construction statute reports,

reviews TWC system design maps and verifies that all construction is in accordance with all applicable FCC, OSHA, and TWC regulations and specifications.

Prepares required reports using a computer or in handwritten format. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that a good flow of communication occurs

regularly. Utilizes thorough working knowledge of construction requirements with regard to FCC, OSHA and

TWC regulations and specifications. Oversees and supervises all work performed by outside contractors as well as ensures timely

delivery of equipment and materials from vendors. Utilizes working knowledge of equipment and materials and creates material requisitions for

construction projects. Recognizes practices and enforces safety rules and procedures. Applies working knowledge of safety rules and procedures for department personnel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have two to five years construction supervisory experience. Must be familiar with OSHA, FCC, GO-95/128, and TWC regulations and specifications, National

Electric Codes related to construction, maintenance, materials and design. Ability to supervise and organize construction projects and personnel.

Must possess strong computer skills including working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software. Windows-based software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) are preferred.

Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to promote good relations with government officials, public utilities and private contractors.

Must have thorough knowledge of electronics, technical drafting and construction duties and procedures.

Prefer 1-2 years of customer service, telephone sales, or field sales experience. Must possess valid California driver’s license and state-required insurance, clean driving record

and utilize personal vehicle to perform essential functions of the job. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to walk and climb stairs regularly and for long periods of time in order to access

multiple dwelling unit residences. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 pounds for several hours at a time. Prefer ability to
