SOUTHERN PALMS SALES UPDATE CORNER WITH JUDITH CIRELLI
Hi Everyone,
Can you believe March is here. I can’t! It means I have been here for a year already. Amazing, how time flies. I have met so many residents both new and old and I love being here every day!
March has always been my favorite month of the year. The time changes, longer days, Spring is just around the corner, flowers start to bud, new life begins. It all feels wonderful. And let’s not forget St. Patrick’s day, we can all dress in green.
In February we want to welcome new resident to 101 Topaz Dr. I believe some of you might have met them at the Valentine dinner. It is Bob and Donna Cirelli, my husband’s parents. It is because of them that I found all of you. I was lucky enough to move here before them.
Sales are going Great! The amount of traffic coming through for Spring time has increased. We have another closing scheduled for March and hopefully a few more to come. We have been taking deposits on Phase 5 and continue to do so. The landscape outside continues to change as they make more and more progress. We do have a map in the office if you would like to see how the roads and home sites will be laid out.
Thank you for the referrals this month. It is so nice to meet your Family, Friends and Co-workers. Hopefully they will be joining us soon. How nice to have your old friends or co-workers to be your new neighbors. If you are not familiar with Jensen’s Refer-ral Program please stop by the office and pick up a flyer.
Thank you for all the love and support you give when prospects are in the community. People always comment to me of the warm welcome they feel by just a smile and a wave.
Just smiling goes a long way toward making you feel better about life. And when you feel better about life, your life is better. - Art Linkletter
You're only here for a short visit. Don't hurry. Don't worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way. - Walter Hagen
May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through. - Irish Blessing
Enjoy each and every day! Judy

MANAGER’S NOTES Hello Everyone,
This is one of my favorite months of the year. Spring is on the way and everything outside becomes beautiful once again. We get to celebrate Easter and all the wonderful things that God has given us. As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ we should look at our lives and try to make a difference in our community and shine as a light to others.
Remember a Smile is the gentle curved line that sets a lot of things straight.
We welcomed Bob & Donna Cirelli to our community this past month and they are so excited to be here. Make sure to say hello if you see them out and about.
The phase is still a work in progress. We have had lots of rain but I hope it will stay dry for a while so we can get things moving faster.
I have added a column to the newsletter that is called: For the good of the community. We have several other communities that have this column and it helps with the posting of reminders and concerns for our residents.
The landscapers will be doing pre-emergent and fertilizations this month. We will start changing out the common areas and side lines between homes with mulch this month. They will begin mowing the yards also. I meet with them every Tuesday and Wednesday so we can work together to improving the community. If there is any questions or concerns about the landscapers please let me know.
I wish you all a happy and fun ST. Patrick’s Day and a Happy Easter!!! (Easter is March 27th this year.)
Perseverance is Key, and whatever life throws your way you must pick up the
pieces and keep on moving.” -Tanya Davis
