If your school or district is paying for the surveys, a purchase order is due to SREB by December 16, 2011 to confirm your order

Final payment is due to SREB by April 30, 2012

SREB will accept payments beginning immediately (call Fran Cowart at 404-879-5611 to request an early invoice)
