Southland Fox is a custom design studio based in

Nashville, Tennessee founded by designers and

illustrators Lauren Bauer and Erin Marshall.

Southland Fox specializes in wedding and social

stationery design. The passion for high quality design

DETAILS OF THE ORDERING PROCESS

HOW TO ORDERYou let us know what you want, and we make it happen. Of course there are a few

more details, but that’s basically it. In 5 easy steps, you end up

with a beautiful, creative design collection.

Start with a phone call, email conversation, or meeting. Depending on your customization level preference, either let us know what collection you’re interested in personalizing or customizing, or share your ideas for your fully customized design. We will send you an order form to complete. We will discuss options with you and together decide how to create your perfect design.

Once you submit the order form, a 50% deposit will be due before design work begins. We will need your order form and deposit before beginning any design work on your collection.

PROOFINGS T E P T H R E E

3Once we receive your deposit and completed order form, we will begin work on your proofs. Three rounds of proofs are included in your package. We will spend as much time as needed to make your invitation perfect, but an additional charge of $15 per round will be charged after the first three rounds. Please allow 3-4 business days after payment to receive your first proof.

BALANCE DUES T E P F O U R

4Once you have approved your proof, your balance will be due, and we will begin the printing process.Your balance will be due once we receive your final proof approval and before printing is started.

PRINT & DELIVERS T E P F I V E5

Printing time takes up to 72 hours. Once printing is complete, we will then ship out your order. All invitations ship USPS or UPS Ground, which takes 5-7 business days. Your invitations will ship flat and neatly packaged. We offer rush shipping for an additional fee if needed.

SHOP POLICIESWe want your experience with us to be a positive one. In order to better serve you and all of our brides as well as possible, we have a few policies in place. We are always here to answer any questions.

CONTACT USNo question or request is too big or small, so please get in touch with us. We will work with you to make your wedding perfect.

Deposits Deposits are 100% non-refundable.

Shipping Please allow 2-3 weeks after proof approval for orders to ship. Client is responsible for all shipping charges, which will vary depending on your order.

Payment Full payment must be received before your order can be printed.

Proofs A digital proof will be submitted via email showing every piece in your order. Once the proof has been approved, we cannot be responsible for any errors or re-print fees, so please review carefully!

Cancellations Once your payment has been received and printing has begun, your order cannot be canceled. Orders can be canceled before printing begins, but please note that the deposit is 100% non-refundable.

PAPER & PRINTING OPTIONSWe carry a variety of paper stock options to choose from, including lighter stocks for budget friendly brides to 34pt. double thick stock and everything in between. We also offer specialty printing such as letterpress and gold foiling to add a little something extra, making you stand out from the crowd.

ACCESSORIESDon’t let a postage stamp or water bottle label throw off the theme of your wedding! It’s the little things that bring your wedding together. Don’t forget to add these beautiful finishing touches to create the perfect, cohesive look you’re going for.

Available Paper StocksFeel the quality of our stocks in the envelope to the right. Each card is labeled with the actual paper selection it is printed on.

Custom StampsCustomized postage is a great way to set the tone for your wedding and make a memorable impression on your guests from the moment they receive their invitation in the mail. All you need to do is weigh your invitation with all inserts and we will apply the correct amount of postage.

Stickers and LabelsChoose from our selection of styles, shapes, and colors or have us create a complete custom design made just for you. Our stickers and labels are perfectly personalized for any wedding event or collection.

ENVELOPES are sized to accommodate our enclosures and cards. Color envelopes are designed with a pointed flap and are available in a variety of colors.

Our standard sizes include A7 for invitations and Save the Date cards and 3.5x5 for RSVP cards. Other sizes are available to accommodate your order.

We offer customized address printing to match the collection of your choice. If you prefer, you can choose a more standard option by using a beautiful font from our collection. Envelope Liners can add extra detail to the overall tone of the invitation or announcement. Use a bold pattern for visual interest or a solid color to complement the palette. Assembly is required.

POCKETSSet your wedding apart from the rest with our beautiful selection of pocket styles: Portable Pockets, Pocket Folds, Pocket Envelopes, and Envelofolds. Like a suspenseful drumroll, Pocket Folds exemplify the “grand reveal,” unfolding to display all the components of your wedding.

Portable Pockets enclosures can be used to hold cards, invitations, photos, maps, response sets and various items. Accent the exterior of Portable Pockets enclosures with custom seals. Use them alone, with an envelope or mounted to other enclosures and cards.

Envelofolds enclosures open to reveal a single design panel. This shape is perfect for occasions with minimal information including announcements, photo cards and invitations. Maintain organization with the addition of inserts bound with a band wrap. Envelofolds signature enclosures in smaller sizes can be used as place cards or to hold gift cards and business cards.

Pocket Envelopes enclosures offer the option for an updated twist on a traditional inner envelope. Without a glue line on the inner flap, these card stock envelopes fit into our Envelopes - Signature Paper. Add presence to a simple layered card by mailing it with a Pocket Envelope enclosure as the outer envelope. These enclosures are designed with the signature flap and an extended throat to reveal design possibilities inside.

Pocket Folds enclosures feature a single design panel and a panel to hold inserts. They are ideal for communiqués with additional information such as response sets, accommodation cards, maps, reception cards or photos. All 4 styles are available as landscape or portrait and can be used horizontally or vertically.
