• Maintain views and provide adequate open space• Avoid partitions, offices, etc. against windows to
enhance air circulation and maintain view access for all
• Provide acoustically absorbent/ dissapative materials on floor, ceilings, partitions
• Implement “white noise” systems• More meeting spaces and “focus rooms”• Design to accommodate distractions- for example,
provide queuing spaces outside of meeting rooms• Accommodate different work styles through design
