Outcome and Aftermath

Theodore Roosevelt returns from Cuba and becomes the governor of New York.

Later he is elected Vice President and, even later he becomes President after McKinley is shot.

The Philippines, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Wake Island became U.S. territories.
