Following are the requirements for installing SPARK Forms Builder on office 365.

Type SPARK forms Builder for SharePoint 2013

Office 365 Plan A registered tenant at Microsoft SharePoint online Plan1, Plan2 or E3.

Browser To design forms, use the following browser versions. Minimum required: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x Recommended: Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or greater, Google Chrome

(latest released version), Mozilla Firefox (latest released version), Apple Safari (latest released version)

To run SPARK Forms Builder, use the following browser versions. Minimum required: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x or latest version of

Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (Mac/iOS) Recommended: Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or greater, or latest version of

Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (Mac/iOS)

User Permissions Preferred a Tenant owner or at least has permissions to upload SPARK App package to the tenant App Catalog in the Office 365 Admin Center and deploy on sites.

App Catalog To install SPARK Forms Builder for Office 365, you must have an (APP Catalog) site collection in your SharePoint online environment, if you don’t have one please learn how to create one from the following section.

1. To install SPARK Forms Builder for Office 365, the installer must has an (APP Catalog) site collection in his SharePoint online environment, you can have only one App Catalog site collection per SharePoint Online tenant, and you only have to create it once. If you already have one then you can skip this section.

2. Sign in to Office 365 with your SharePoint Online admin account.

3. Go to the SharePoint admin center.

4. Select Apps from the Quick Launch bar on the left, and then select App Catalog.

5. Select Create a new app catalog site, and then select OK.

6. On the Create App Catalog Site Collection page, enter the required information, and then select OK.

1. Download the APP package (SPARK.app) from the following link SPARK for Office 365 App Package. (The App Package contains no viruses or malwares, and was produced in a safe environment and secure network).

2. Sign in to Office 365 with your SharePoint Online admin account.

3. Go to the SharePoint admin center.

4. Select Apps from the Quick Launch bar on the left, and then select App Catalog. Your app catalog may take a little time to appear. The App Catalog site will have a document library for Apps for Office and a document library for Apps for SharePoint, as well as a list that tracks App Requests from site users.

5. On the home page of the App Catalog site, select the tile labelled Distribute apps for SharePoint.

6. In the SharePoint apps library, select upload app, brows to SPARK.app file you have download it in the first step and click OK.

7. Now and after you uploaded the App package to the App Catalog, you are ready to deploy SPARK at your sites, just browse to the site you want to deploy SAPRK at, select Settings and then select Add an app.

8. In the Apps you can add section you will find SPARK Forms Builder app, Click on it.

Note that sometimes it may take a minute or so in order the app to appear there as the App Catalog needs time to publish it to all tenants’ sites and sites collections.

9. You have to trust SPARK app in order to function the way it is expected to, click Trust It when prompted to continue.

10. On the Site Contents page, you will see that the SPARK has been added to your site.

Note that it usually takes 20 seconds to 5 minutes in order to complete the deployment of the app on your site depending on the office 365 deployment queue, don’t click on SPARK icon if it still deploying and the below icon hasn’t appear yet, if you do that you will get an error message.

11. Click on SPARK Forms Builder icon to read on how to start using it in your online environment.

If this is your first time to installing and deploying SPARK Forms Builder for Office 365 on your SharePoint online environment then you will be able to try it for free for 30 days. If you have questions about how to license SPARK Forms Builder for your office 365 environment contact us at license@itlaq.com

1. First you need to deploy SPARK app on your site as explained in the previous section.

2. Browse to any list or library and click on SPARK Forms Builder button in the list’s/library’s top ribbon.

3. You will be redirected to the below form in order to allow you to register your information and start the

30 days trial period. Read the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy as well, fill in the required information and check I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions checkbox and then click Go Ahead.

4. Your 30 days free trial period will start from the second that you click Go Ahead button, enjoy testing and evaluating SPARK Forms Builder great features and building your power forms as well. You will be notified before the trial period ends so you will continue having this great solution up and running in your environment without any interruption.

When registering to the free trial period, it is important to include your real and correct information in the registration form especially the company and the email information. If in anytime we discovered that these information are incorrect or misleading then we will deactivate your trial account for your current office 365 tenant and you will not be able to work on SPARK anymore, in this case you need to contact the licensing department at license@itlaq.com to solve this violation and reactivating your trial again.

In order to let SPARK works on your internet explorer browser the way it should be, you need to disable the protected mode, enable JavaScript and allow cookies or just trust the current site and https://apps.itlaq.com, if you don’t like to do that we advise you to use Chrome or Firefox to work on SPARK.
