however excludes any legal work or other costs a partner may choose to incur in the administration of their own individual campaign.

• It is our intention where possible, to choose complementary partners, that is, partners with a reasonable geographical spread and also alternative sporting backgrounds. The objective being to incorporate some level of exclusivity for partners.

determined that each ticket

and every cent be fully

accounted for.

We set about putting a robust

set of controls in place to

manage our ticket books and

revenue.’

TICKET & ONLINE REVENUE

• 100% of the sales proceeds will be lodged to the Sportspersonsdream bank account.

• 60% of the funds raised by the Partner is then returned to the Partner, as a donation so that we comply fully with the current legislation.

• Once the Procedures are fully complied with, Partner donations can be sent out on request before the draw.

• Any other monies due to the Partner will be given on the night of the draw.

TRACKING & RECEIPTING

• Partners will be provided with a tracking & receipting system to ensure full traceability of every book of tickets and all sales revenue.

• All books of unsold tickets must also be returned.

REPEAT ORDERING

• The nominated Partner’s treasurer will be able to order additional ticket books and marketing material.
