SPEAKER BIO Colleen Bastain, PhD Dr. Bastian's focuses on achieving business results through applying psychology principles to help her clients reach their greatest potential. As Principal of Invoke Leadership, LLC., her services include: organizational assessment, leadership and team development and coaching, and conflict resolution. She has special interest and expertise in diversity and inclusive leadership, leader identity, and human performance. Colleen's clients include leaders at Cisco, eBay Inc., Gap Inc., Humana, Intel, JM Family, Johnson & Johnson, Northstar, Northwestern University Kellogg Executive MBA Program, Old Navy, PayPal, Pfizer Inc, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), Ultimate Software, VMware and wework, inc. She has worked with leaders in a wide array of industries and levels which include professional services (auditing, tax, advisory), healthcare, finance, marketing, technology, and sales departments. She also has extensive experience working with medical professionals in hospitals and doctor’s offices. Furthermore, as a senior level executive coach, Colleen supervises many of her colleagues in their coaching engagements. Dr. Bastian holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology. She attended the Coaches Training Institute and the Damian Goldvarg Coaching Program. She is a certified professional coach (PCC) and remains active in her own professional development as a member of ATD & ICF South Florida. In addition, she serves on the Leadership Council of the Society of Consulting Psychologists (Division 13 of the APA) as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She previously served on the board of Bay Area Applied Psychologists (BAAP). Prior to becoming an organizational consultant, Colleen's business experience included working as an internal coach at eBay Inc.
