One (1) air pilot operated, 3-way, 2-position air relay valve for sensing when the toggle valve has been actuated, thus blocking the air supply to

Selected parameters are customer programmable. Status available on engine mounted instrument panel and can be broadcast through the optional customer communication module or programmable relay control module (s).

Four (4) 8" butterfly valve cleanout gates.

Two (2) 10" suction lines, one (1) for each mud pump. Mud pump to be capable of

sucking from any compartment of the suction tank.

Two (2) 8X6 centrifugal pump with mechanical seals, each powered by a 100 Hp,

1800 RPM, 480 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz XP AC motor supplied and mounted on tank

porch for mud mix.

6" suction line in each compartment of the suction tank for mud mix.

6" discharge from mud mix in each suction tank compartment.

Two (2) 6" hopper to suck or mix mud in any suction compartment.

Suction system for tree (3) pumps as follows :

Mount two (2) charging pumps on mud pump skid extension.

Provide suction connection for supercharrger pumps from suction line including

expansion joints.

8' wide X 38' long X 8' clear ceiling height workshop mounted on A 40' long

oilfield type skid with loading hitches for tailbarding. House to be fabricated

of 1/4" V-crimp material. Top of skid to be decket 1/4"

220 gallon accumulator capacity.

Accumulator will function all RAM cavities and annular and re-supply automatically

to full operating capacity within five (5) minutes.

Section 6009 1 Each New closing unit /junk bin skid : Oilfield type skid to be 12' wide X 40' long with loading hitches for tailboarding.

Closing unit to be mounted on one (1) end of the skid. A removable roof will be

mounted over the top of the closing unit. 1" pipe for the hydraulic lines will run

down the outside of the skid.

The junk bin will be enclosed by expanded metal with a 6" square tubing RIM

around the top. Junk bin to have one (1) air volume tank mounted on it for

Emergency closing unit operation.
