Chef De Cuisine

Originally from Montevideo, the arts and culture

capital of Uruguay, Martín has always had an

appreciation for avant-garde techniques while

remaining loyal to his minimalist culinary roots. His

innate creativity and enthusiasm for experimentation

has led him through various kitchens in South, Central

and North America. With over 15 years of experience

behind him, Martín artfully executes innovative

menus showcasing the culinary vibrancy of the

region.

Chef Eric Keppler

Executive Pastry Chef

Born and raised in small town central Pennsylvania,

Eric learned his love of the dessert world early on from

his Nana. With 25 years of experience under his belt

working all over the country, including time building

solid European foundations under an Austrian pastry

chef, Eric has developed a creative, passionate and

often times whimsical approach to dessert. Eric

believes dessert should always be delicious first and

the rest is, as they say, icing on the cake.
