Providing alcohol resulting in “death or great bodily harm ” : Felony charges (340A.701).…acting within the scope of employment…by selling, bartering, furnishing, or giving alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age if that person becomes intoxicated and causes or suffers death or great bodily harm as a result of the intoxication.

Serving and Selling Considerations

Controlled consumption area? Wrist banding legal drinkers (right wrist) Changing colors of bands daily Assure wristband is checked on every sale Limit number of beverages per sale (1-2) Distinct cups for alcohol Specific size beer containers (12 oz.) Ending sales minimum of 1 hour before
