A restored, classic New England farm, located near the rolling foothills of the White Mountain region of New Hampshire. The barn, built in 1876 was artfully renovated bringing modern amenities yet retaining its rustic character. Its dramatic entrance whisks you away to another world; bedecking the ceiling are three grand chandeliers of which once hung in the Sheraton Grand Ballroom in Framingham, MA. Starry lighting exposed beams and a forest bound area, create a unique ambiance for your wedding celebration.
Imagine your wedding ceremony: •Start your nuptials in our Ceremony Barn, our restored classic outbuilding. Reclaimed church pews, dreamy chandelier lighting, and two magnificent 12 foot high antique stained glass windows make this a magical place for a ceremony.
•Guests mingle after the ceremony on our Patio Deck. Complete with romantic bistro lighting, this space is perfect for dusk time aperitifs.
•The Barn: Our restored 1870’s barn is the perfect blend of rustic charm with a touch of elegance. A vaulted roof and exposed beams create a wonderfully classic location for your dining, dancing and celebration.
Throughout the weekend, your guests may enjoy Bishop Farm’s overnight accommodations.
Bishop Farm hosts up to thirty-six (36) overnight guests. All rooms and cottages include breakfast in the Farmhouse.

The Farm •Exclusive use of Bishop Farm for the entire wedding weekend. •Early check in dates (Wednesday & Thursday) are welcome, room rates apply. •Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings for guests staying in the Farmhouse and Cottages. •Community fire pits for guests staying on property. •Free wifi throughout the property.
Ceremony Sites •Indoor Ceremony Barn with 12’ stain glass windows and light peeking through the back drop. •Beautifully crafted historical wooden pews from an old church in Maine. •Exterior weddings in the upper field surrounded by lush forest. •Arbors are available for exterior weddings.
Guest Count •The Reception Barn and Field Ceremony can accommodate up to 200 guests, Ceremony Barn (up to 170) .
Reception Barn •All tables for dining, gifts, cards, buffet, appetizers and more. •Use of our bridal suite, “The Grain Room” equipped with Hollywood styled makeup mirrors . •Three (3) flushing toilets for guests, plus one (1) private toilet in the Grain Room for the bridal party. •Access to barn for early decorating, this way you can relax and greet your guests when they arrive. •Use of Reception Barn from ceremony through reception (6 hours). •Air conditioner and heating units which helps create a comfortable environment. •Generator that powers the whole property…as they say, the show must go on! •Prep area for catering; includes stainless steel tables, sink with running water. •Close parking area for catering work vehicle.

Wedding Pantry •Imagine the perfect decorations for your celebration. Let your imagination flow! From mason jars to lanterns, votives, reclaimed doors, windows, vases, centerpieces and so much more. No need to spend any additional time and expense trying to find the ideal decorations and yes, no charge to you!
Planning, Coordinating and Guidance (leading up to your wedding) Bishop Farm boasts an experienced production team who has hosted many memorable weddings. We guide your onsite celebration with support leading up to the wedding. Our organization and wedding expertise help create a wonderful experience so couples may enjoy their day and focus on what is important… family and friends.
•The expert team guides in your planning process with conference calls throughout the year. We are available and responsive for your questions.

Bishop Farm Liquor Policy •For your convenience, Bishop Farm supplies all alcohol and holds a NH State liquor license. The bar service is an extra charge, not included in price.
Vendor List •An extensive vendor list conveniently located on our website, where you can find the vendors who will
make your vision a reality. Find trusted caterers, photographers, music, florists, rental companies and more. You are welcome to find and hire licensed and insured caterers, and vendors of your choice.
•Photographers may use the grounds for photo opportunities and engagement photos.

•Farmhouse: Six rooms and Two suites; (8) total , sleeps up to 20 people •Cottages: Seven Cottages total, can accommodate up to 16 people. •Breakfast is included in the price for Saturday and Sunday for all guests staying at Bishop Farm. •Wednesday and Thursday check-in’s welcome, room rates apply. •Rental duration is from Friday noon to Sunday noon.
Room Rates • Rooms: $215.00/night • Cottages: $245/ night • Suites: $289.00/night • Meals, Rooms & Venue tax will apply to the above rates.
Two night minimum, all rooms, cottages, and suites are double occupancy with no substitutions.

Bishop Farm welcomes a conversation with the Responsible Party who would like to book all rooms and cottages. Bishop Farm requires a two night minimum and is happy to offer a discount with this booking.
Bishop Farm Extra Event Fees
Rehearsal Dinner or Sunday Brunch $690.00 Venue Fee (alcohol and food not included).
Included in price for both Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Brunch: The venue, tables, chairs, set up, break down, bartender and service staff and miscellaneous decorations.
