1. I VOLUNTEERED FOR WATEREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO HELP WITH THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS.

2. RIDING THE BUS WITH THE STUDENTS. 3. POLICE ESCORT ON OUR WAY TO THE FIELD.. 4. CAMDEN MILITARY ACADEMY DRILL TEAM. 5. HELPING ORGANIZE, AND GIVE OUT SNOW CONES WITH THE FIREMEN.. 6. COMMUNITY SUPPORT. 7. AWARDS CEREMONY DANCE PARTYTHEY ARE HAPPY!!!! 8. .AND THE DANCING CONTINUES.. 9. THREE THINGS I LEARNED OR FELT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE.. 1. I learned that by living in a small community, our city comes together in support of all activities. Everyone gets involved from the police department, firemen and all of the business, churches and activities' committees. 2. I also learned that no matter the child's special need, the city and its people all came together to make sure they had a great day of fun ,food and sports activities. 3. I felt that the Special Olympics is a great cause due to the fact that I personally have a family member with special needs. I am glad that this type of community service is available for the children. This was a very fun and exciting project to be a part of, I enjoyed myself tremendously.
