• Any person who is serving or who has honourably served in the Canadian Forces and their dependents
• Merchant Navy personnel who have been awarded campaign stars or decorations and their dependents
• Ex-service personnel of Commonwealth countries and of allied countries, resident in Canada, and their dependents
• Medical training/research equipment/appliances
• Disaster relief – once declared by Federal or
Provincial government
• Drop in centers for seniors and
• Meals on wheels
