Our core range of galvanised, stainless and protectively lined tanks is complemented by our globally recognised fusion bonded range of larger capacity storage tanks for technically demanding applications. Tanks are custom engineered, swiftly erected and long-lasting.

Skills integrated within the company include Project Management, Construction, Contracts Administration, Engineering, Drafting and Design, Sales Consultancy, Administration/Technical Support, Workshop Fabrication, Accredited OH&S Officers, Service & Maintenance and numerous On-Site installation crews.
Centralised, substantial and modern fabrication and dispatch facilities maximising quality and efficiency in production are complemented by extensive on-site installation experience across a broad range of industries we serve. The company’s in-house design and drafting capacity delivers a full service from concept to completion.
PrOject MaNageMeNtIn-house policies, experience and structures implemented cover Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, Industrial Relations Management, Environmental Management Systems and Pre-qualification of suppliers.
All staff and subcontractors are required to undertake frequent training in these policies and systems, which are regularly reviewed by an external auditor to ensure adherence to government and industry regulations.
Tasman Tanks complies with all relevant Australasian Standards relevant to our industry and to particular Standards applying to individual industries and locations. We bring unique experience and expertise to bear in such areas as structural integrity, cyclonic conditions, seismic conditions, health and OH&S regulations.
tiMe saviNg ON siteIn addition to providing a durable cost-efficient solution for the storage of both liquids and dry bulk goods, our bolted tanks minimise exposure to delays caused by weather and reduce OH&S issues on-site.
Using our specialised jacking system, bolted steel tanks and silos are safely constructed in less than half the time required for field-weld construction. On-site hot work is eliminated, the amount of confined space work is reduced and working at heights is eliminated.
Quality is also improved with most fabrication performed off-site.
security Of cONteNtsIn addition to providing contents security by globally proven bolted steel construction, Tasman Tank Co has extensive experience in tailoring liners (and double liners if required) to cater for particular contents and security needs.
Technically demanding but increasingly common applications, such as biogas production and anaerobic processes, can involve vacuum and pressure requirements that benefit from our globally proven advanced protective coatings. These offer the ability to contain diverse liquids and will not impact the contents over time.
Our bonded coating systems are particularly suited to totally sealed Zero Discharge applications where all the liquids involved in a process are retained on-site. Our affiliate partners in providing such solutions are recognised global leaders in their fields, including internationally respected tank connection group and akzo Nobel, the world’s largest powder coat supplier.
service & refurbisHMeNt divisiON Tasman Tank Co is a leader in the Service, Maintenance and Refurbishment of water storage tanks. To optimise quality and delivery performance, we fabricate our own quality spare parts including ladders, manholes, inlet housings, internal rods, and pipe connections. This capability has proven to be very effective in instances where emergency situations have occurred.
Our Service & Maintenance Division is located at our national headquarters, offering prompt and efficient services. Our service team are trained to the highest of standards, including confined space, OH&S risk assessments and tank installation.
