Deposit has been raised by a combination of savings and a further advance on the applicants main residence

Property is a shop on the ground floor with a flat above; at purchase shop is vacant but the flat has a tenant occupying on

an AST agreement

A valuation of the property confirms there is good demand for tenants for both shop and flat

The applicant has background income available to support the deal whilst a tenant for the shop is found and is and

existing landlord with other mixed investment property so has experience managing this type of property

Advance provided over 20 years at a variable rate with a 12 month interest only concession to ease cashflow until such

time as the shop is producing and income.
