Coastal Welding Supply was founded in 1963 by Al Mazoch, with one facility located in Beaumont, Texas. Coastal has evolved from this single source service location to a Total Service Concept company with nine direct distribution facilities located in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Bulk GasesCoastal has combined supply chain efficiency with the widest variety of gas distribution products, along with impressive technical and customer support. This makes bulk gases easier and more effective to buy than ever before.
Coastal offers an exceptional line of both portable and stationary pre-engineered cryogenic tanks (500 to 15,000 gallons) for our industrial gas customers.

Coastal maintains a large inventory of portable bulk gas tanks and supplies. This provides our customers with timely solutions to temporary, large volume on-site bulk gas requirements.
Rental and RepairCoastal operates one of the largest welding equipment repair and rental facilities in our market area.
Coastal is proud to be a warranty repair facility for most major brands of welding equipment including; Miller, Lincoln, ESAB, Hypertherm and Burny Kaliburn CNC controls and Plasma cutting systems. Our highly trained and skilled technicians provide complete trouble shooting and repairs from basic welding equipment to advanced new generation cutting and welding systems.
Coastal works with our customers to provide them the rental products necessary to keep their facilities and projects running smoothly. We consider each of our customers’ requirements when providing rental equipment to fit their needs.
Convenient Gas Delivery Systems
Coastal provides its customers with next day delivery service and maintains a seven day, 24 hour/on-call team to respond to emergencies.
THE CHART MICROBULK ADVANTAGE
COASTAL DELIVERY PERMA-CYL STORAGE CYL-TEL REMOTE MONITORING • Liquefied gases are delivered to the customer’s facility with the COASTAL cryogenic delivery truck. Key controls and components on the COASTAL truck allow the driver to safely and quickly deliver the proper amount of liquid accurately into the Perma-Cyl storage vessel or small bulk tanks.
• When the Perma-Cyl storage vessel is installed indoors, an external wall box can be added for remote filling. This allows the gas delivery to safely take place without the driver entering the building in most installations.
• Liquefied gases are stored at ultra-cold temperatures in the vacuum-insulated Perma-Cyl. Customized controls for the application on the Perma-Cyl maintain the vessel at the proper delivery pressure and deliver gas or liquid on demand.
• The Cyl-Tel electronic level gauge accurately monitors the cryogenic liquid level and is telemetry ready for remote monitoring or connection to customer monitoring systems.
• Telemetry systems allow the gas supplier to remotely monitor the Perma-Cyl liquid level to maximize delivery efficiency without the risk of product outages.

Our cylinder clusters are engineered and fabricated in-house for superior quality, design and stability. All 6-bank and 12-bank cylinder clusters are hot-dip galvanized for added protection from our harsh Gulf Coast Environment.

In-House CylinderMaintenance & RetestCoastal provides its customers with UE (Ultrasonic Examination) cylinder testing. Having an on-site testing facility relieves our customers of the down time experiences from other companies who send their cylinders off site for maintenance and retesting.
