maximum or optimized gamut that balances color range and ink usage for the most suitable results for that specifi c job type or application.

Superior spot color matchingBuilt-in spot color matching systems from Pantone®, HKS®, TOYO, and DIC ensure that Fiery proServers printed results match original spot color defi nitions. Sophisticated tools for defi ning spot color overprints, transparencies, gradation curves, and much more provide ultimate control for all print environments and job types.

For the highest-quality data exchange, all X-Rite and EFI color measurement devices use the XRGA standard and ISO 13655-compliant measurements for the best color match under industry-standard viewing conditions. Combined with the Fiery Ambient Light Adaption feature, you can reduce the need for expensive trial-and-error reprints, and increase customer satisfaction.

The patented EFI Dynamic Media WedgeTM analyzes predominant and spot colors within a fi le and creates a customized control strip for more precise, job-oriented color verifi cation and process control.

Productivity tools that streamline job preparation and fi nishingAdvanced tiling, nesting, and step-and-repeat capabilities mean media saving and job layout can be done right at the Fiery proServer, streamlining production signifi cantly with no need for upstream or downstream fi le preparations. These controls can be applied manually on a job-by-job basis, or automatically with settings assigned to workfl ows for unattended operation.

Finishing attributes such as crop, cut, and grommet marks can be applied to jobs and nests within the Fiery proServer. Cut paths can also be automatically extracted for use with a direct connection to selected Eurosystems, i-cut, Zünd, MultiCam, and Summa cutters with the included Cut Marks Option. An additional 1,200+ cutting devices and routers can be supported by the proServer with the add-on Cut Server Option, tying all your cutting and fi nishing needs together under one interface.

Part of the EFI ecosystemFiery proServer SE can not only automate everyday production tasks such as nesting and tiling, it also helps automate your whole print production environment. Being part of the EFI ecosystem, it accepts job information from EFI Print MIS or Web-to-Print solutions, processes jobs accordingly, and then feeds the job information to the printer. In addition, Fiery proServer SE collects production data from the printer to be utilized within the Print MIS for analysis and reporting.
