Dear Spellman Alumni and Friends,

As we enter into the Spring, I am always thrilled to see the power of nature in the cycle of the seasons. It is no mere coincidence that our celebration of Easter coincides with life reborn in the natural world. Trees begin to show their buds, flowers start to show their colors, and the animal kingdom returns to full activity. In much the same way, spiritually, we leave the fasting and abstinence of Lent and enter into the glorious celebration of Easter.

I ask that you take a moment to reflect during this Easter season and pray in a special way for the students and faculty of Cardinal Spellman High School. They are the new life and the new hope for the future.

Our students will leave Spellman with a foundation of faith and morals that was strengthened by the education they received at Spellman. That is a blessing many may not realize immediately, but will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

A Spellman experience is more than an education, it is a formation. Our faculty are influencing not just the minds of our students, but the whole person, academically, socially, and spiritually. Through superior academic coursework, a myriad of clubs, and teams, and numerous spiritual activities, Spellman students enter their colleges and universities more prepared than most to meet the current challenges that society places before them.

It is always thanks to you, the alumni and friends of Spellman, that so much of this is possible. Although the current tuition at Spellman ($8,800 for the 2018-19 school year) remains reasonable, the actual cost per student is over $11,000. The work of our Advancement Team is instrumental in closing that gap so that we can continue to provide the best opportunity for a Catholic high school education in the Bronx.

We advertise Spellman as a school “where boys and girls with dreams become men and women of vision.” You are now those men and women of vision. Your Spellman experience helped to form you. Your vision is making a difference in the world. Keep up the good work that you do and continue to keep the current students in your prayers.

God bless,Dan O'Keefe President and Principal

Annual Support Our Spellman Students (S.O.S.S.) Scholarship Brunch was held at the New

York Athletic Club at Travers Island. This yearly event, sponsored by Spellman Board of Trustees member, Gerald Adolph ’71, helps raise money for the S.O.S.S. Scholarship Fund, which provides emergency financial assistance to families in need. Since 1998, the S.O.S.S. Fund has helped pay tuition for more than 650 students and has distributed over $1,500,000 to students who would not have been able to continue their Spellman education. This year Spellman honored Mr. John Endres ’71 and Mrs. Jennifer Rivera-Velez ’96 with the Alumni Leadership Award for their years of continued support to their alma mater. Faculty member Mr. John Schoenberg was also honored with the Community Leadership Award for his commitment and dedication to the mission of Cardinal Spellman High School.

John Endres ’71 is an integral member of the Spellman family, having served on the Alumni Association Board for over 22 years (20 as Vice President). Born and raised in the Parkchester section of the Bronx, John graduated from St. Helena's Elementary School and entered Cardinal Spellman in the fall of 1967. An honor student and athlete, John ran Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track all four years and was co-captain in senior year. After graduation, he earned a BBA in Accounting from Iona College. For over 30 years, he was Controller for Petrillo Builders Supply and for the last 10 years, Controller for Cold Mix Manufacturing Corp. He is married to his wife, Diane, for 40 years and they have 3 daughters (all proud Spellman grads): Pam O'Sullivan '99, Jeanine Verde '02, and Lauren Endres '08. John and Diane are blessed with 4 grandchildren: Brendan, Kaitlin, Colin and Marie.

Jennifer Rivera-Velez ’96 has led Spellman’s Development and Alumni Relations

Department for the last ten years. As Vice President of Advancement, together with her team, she helped elevate fundraising and alumni initiatives, establishing the Golf Outing and Homecoming events. Notably, she helped lead the most successful capital campaign in Spellman’s history and for the last two years, increased annual giving to over $2 Million dollars, a Spellman first! Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from St. John’s University and is also a New York State Notary Public. Additionally, she is Co-Chair of Metropolitan Catholic Advancement Professionals (Met CAP), a networking support group for development executives. This past fall, she transitioned with her husband, Will, and daughter, Aurora, to Florida. She is greatly missed!

John Schoenberg, for the past 16 years, has been a dedicated faculty member in the Spellman Social Studies Department. Notably, John began teaching in 2003 as his fourth career! His prior experience as an Independent Business Owner and positions at Prudential Insurance, Chase Insurance Agency and Chase Bank have been an asset in teaching Spellman’s Business and Marketing classes. In 2007, John initiated the Pep Rally and senior sweatshirt sales in his senior classes which have benefited the S.O.S.S. Fund. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Studies Secondary Education from Molloy College. He currently lives in New Hyde Park, Long Island with his wife of 37 years, Dr. Laura Gray Schoenberg. They have 3 children, Diana (engaged to be married in 2019), Paul and Brian (attending Mount St. Mary College). The brunch featured riveting performances by the renowned Spellman Gospel Sensations, under the tutelage of faculty member and alumna, Ms. Mila Bello ’00. Several Spellman student scholarship recipients also took the podium to express their gratitude and appreciation to the honorees and all supporters of the scholarship programs at Spellman.

A special thank you to the de Nicola Family, who recently awarded scholarships to 40 young men and women attending Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of New York. Working with the scholarship office at the Archdiocese of New York, Anthony and Christie de Nicola chose 40

students from local elementary schools to receive this award, based on academic achievement. 21 of those students are currently enrolled at Spellman. What an amazing testament to the dedication of the de Nicola family to the future of Catholic education!

For the past 22 years, Spellman has celebrated its Annual Alumni Memorial Mass and Brunch. This past November members of the Spellman community returned to the school for this wonderful tradition to honor the lives of our fellow Spellmanites and family members who have gone before us into eternal rest. The Mass was celebrated by Reverend

Luke Leighton and was assisted by Deacon Paul Carris ’73 in the Mercedes & Rafael Collado Memorial Chapel. Splendid music was provided by the angelic Spellman Gospel Sensations. Immediately following the Mass, the Cardinal Spellman High School Alumni Office hosted a brunch in the cafeteria for all attendees. Thank you all who participated in this event.

CLASS OF 1983 CELEBRATES 35TH REUNIONOn September 22nd members of the class of 1983 gathered at the Doubletree Hilton in Tarrytown, NY to party like it was….well, 1983! Over one hundred graduates celebrated their 35th reunion in style, enjoying good food, good fun, and most importantly, each other. Attendees from near and far danced the night away happily, channeling their high school selves, if only for a brief few hours. And when the clock struck 11PM the party continued at the hotel bar, where classmates who couldn’t make the main event added their presence to the “after hours” festivities. No one wanted the night to end! Plans are already under way for a 40th reunion Halloween bash. If you weren’t able to attend you can see pictures and join the class’ virtual reunion at https://www.facebook.com/groups/329723470448141/.

CLASS OF 1993 CELEBRATES 25TH REUNION The class of 1993 held their 25th reunion this past fall at The Riverview in Hastings on Hudson. It was a great turnout and many got the chance to look back on their time at Spellman as their former teachers made an appearance. Ms. Faulkner, Ms. Greco, Mrs. Mazzo, Mr. Opper and Mr. Roesner were all in attendance and sponsored by students from the class. From seeing friends that are like family, dancing and reminiscing, taking a ridiculous amount of pictures, and a beautiful champagne toast, it was as if time had never passed. Committee member, Cindy DeLeon created an amazing slide show that included senior pictures of each student in attendance, as well as, collected pictures of all the amazing times spent at the school. Also, remembered were those that were no longer with us from their class. The Class of '93 raised enough money to continue the tradition of giving the school a class gift, as well as, making a donation to the late Coach Michele Muccio’s daughters. They are looking forward to making their 30th reunion even bigger and better.

T his past November, 12 alumni from the very first graduating class of Cardinal Spellman High School returned to celebrate their 55th Anniversary reunion. The Class of 1963 gathered in the Anne Gevlin Little Theater for an afternoon brunch. They were greeted by current students and Spirit of ’63 Scholarship recipients, Marc Cuadra and Shanice Sinclair. The class enjoyed telling stories of their “pioneering years” and Terry McCormack, affectionately known as

Mr. Spellman, shared stories of any classmate that was unable to attend but submitted comments. The afternoon included a tour of the school and athletic fields given by the two students. A great time was had by all!.

50TH ANNIVERSARY REUNION

Class of 1968 Celebrates

Over 120 alumni reunited in Cardinal Spellman High School to celebrate their golden anniversary. The Class of 1968 began the evening with a Mass in the Spellman Chapel, celebrated by their classmate Reverend Jack Arlotta ’68. Following the Mass, Nick Mancini ’10 and Posto 22 provided cocktails and appetizers as well as a superb ambiance in the beautifully transformed cafeteria. Music that brought back fond memories of everyone’s time at Spellman was

being played as guests reminisced and took the time to browse at a memorabilia table and a special memorial display of class members that are no longer with us. The following day the celebration continued as some of the alumni returned for a BBQ lunch. The combined reunion committee worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smooth, and by the looks of it and all the positive feedback, everyone had an extraordinary time!

WORLDS CHANGED BY SPELLMANITES IN THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTIAN SERVICE

AS THE NEW DIRECTOR of Christian Service and Ann’s Lunchbox, I am honored to build on the foundation of my predecessor and our First Director, Ms. Kathy Alexander. Kathy’s outstanding leadership has blessed the office and its work with many well-trained, dedicated and impressive student volunteers who direct new Spellman students in their new Christian Service work. This past fall, I was privileged to join Mr. O’Keefe, our President and Principal, in inducting 40 new seniors into the still new Circle-S Society for students who have amassed at least 150 hours of Christian Service work in their first three school years. From tutoring aspiring learners, to feeding the homeless, to caring for the elderly at our nursing homes, the spirit of Spellman Christian Service continues to touch the lives of hundreds of New Yorkers who need the compassion of Christ the most. Our students are always looking for new opportunities for service. We encourage our Alumni to contact the office if you have such opportunities.

The work of Ann’s Lunchbox continues to provide for students who have an occasional or sustained need for free lunch assistance. We appreciate the donations that have been sent by our benefactors and alumni. I want to thank Mr. O’Keefe and Ms. Elizabeth Healy, our Vice-President of Finance, for all their sustained and increased support for this great program. I can assure you that our students are very grateful for your support and donations on their behalf. Please pray for the student-volunteers who serve their peers and even make donations to the program. www.cardinalspellman.org/alb

SPEECH AND DEBATE AND MODEL UNITED NATIONS CLUBS

THE FORENSICS CLUBS ARE ALIVE, strong and successful at Cardinal

Spellman High School. We have public speaking teams that represent all four year levels with dynamic new and veteran members. They have

achieved success in the NYUDL Championship Tournament

Qualifiers, especially at Bronx Collaborative High School, and Model

United Nations Clubs so far in various tournaments; the most victorious at Columbia University in November 2018.

At Bronx Collaborative High School, the Speech and Debate Team won a record number of awards and honors, taking the most awards for new speakers. The League Commissioner publicly recognized our achievement as a tribute to Justice Sotomayor’s Legacy in Our Debate Team.

The Cardinal Spellman Model United Nations Team also dominated competition at Columbia University earning numerous honors, including “Most Improved Delegate” in The Pirate Republics Assembly, Best Delegate honors in the Council of King Charles II, 1665, and honorable mention in the Council of King Charles II.

There is a bright future in Forensics at Cardinal Spellman High School. We continue to build on the legacy of all Spellman Forensics Alumni. With this legacy we aim for nothing less than Championship Honors for years to come.

SPELLMAN STUDENTS CELEBRATE THE CHRISTMAS SEASONSTUDENTS AT CARDINAL SPELLMAN HIGH SCHOOL displayed their Christmas spirit this holiday season on the evening of December 20th in the school auditorium during the annual Christmas Concert. The audience was entertained by the Spellman Concert Band, String Ensemble, Dance Club, Gospel Choir, Step Team, Twirlers, Fine Arts Dance Class, and Flag Corps. A great variety of music was presented under the supervision of Mr. John Johnson, Band Director, Ms. Mila Bello '00, Moderator of the Gospel Choir and Ms. Tatiana Ferrer, Director of the String Ensemble. Mr. Daniel O’Keefe, President and Principal of Spellman, concluded the evening with the reading of the Nativity story

Another Christmas tradition at Spellman, the Give-A-Gift program, was once again a success through the organization and hard work of Student Government. Over 150 presents of clothing and toys were donated by students, faculty, and staff. Each was individually wrapped and delivered to children to six organizations in the Bronx and Yonkers. Ms. Rosado, Moderator of Student Government, and the Spellman Senators sorted the presents and prepared them for delivery. The students, through their generosity, made the Give-A-Gift program a success this Christmas Season.

JOHN F. WARD ’66 VIETNAM VETERAN PATRIOT AWARD SCHOLARS SELECTEDTHIS PAST FALL, the recipients of the John F. Ward ’66 Vietnam Veteran Patriot Award for 2019 were announced. The $5,000 annual scholarship, based on an essay competition, DUTY: God, Honor and Country, has been awarded to seniors Brianna Brown and Alyssa Hill. The endowed scholarship was made possible by a generous donor who established it in memory of his best friend, P.F.C. John F. Ward. After graduating from Cardinal Spellman in 1966, John Francis Ward attended basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and was designated ‘11 Bravo 40’ light weapons infantry. He then completed Advanced Individual Training in infantry tactics and advanced weaponry, and arrived in Vietnam in early July 1969. P.F.C. Ward was killed during nighttime combat operations in Vietnam on October 6th of that same year, 25 days before his 21st birthday. Alyssa is a first honors student and has even earned her place on the Principal’s List. She is part of the volleyball, basketball and softball teams at Spellman. Alyssa comes from a family of Spellman grads, as both her mom and sister are alumni. Brianna is involved in various religious activities including preparing young children to receive their sacraments. She hopes to find a career in the future in Childhood Education.

They spoke about interviewing, TV ratings, Super Bowl commercials and resume writing. This is the fourth time Brian has gone "above and beyond" by inviting Spellman students to spend a day with the Nielsen employees.

The students had a great day and we thank Mr. Brian O’Connell ’92.

4G CLUB REACHING NEW HEIGHTSCONTINUING ON THEIR SUCCESS, the award-winning 4G Club (Go Green Garden Group) will carry on with their spring plantings to produce their organic garden. The club has had great success in the past and they hope to continue. Their plants will either be generated by seed in their green house or by planting young seedlings. This year some of the 4G club members are researching hydroponics. They hope to

generate lettuce from seed, using this technology. If successful, they hope to grow lettuce next winter in the building. The seniors are designing a perennial garden for the courtyard hoping to start a new tradition. They continue to compost, recycle food waste and collect paper for recycling. Their vision is for Cardinal Spellman High School to be as green a school as possible.

ALVIN AILEY DANCE CLASS AT SPELLMAN

ON NOVEMBER 9, 2018 the students of the Fine Arts Dance Department, as well as other Spellman students, had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a Master Dance Class with Damazi Williams, Aaron Thomas and Latra Wilson of the world famous Alvin Ailey Dance Company in conjunction with the Alvin Ailey Arts In Education Program. The

students were given a class in the Ailey Jazz/Modern dance technique style. It was a great surprise and student motivator to have alumni Brandon McFarlane ‘17 participate as well. Many thanks to Mr. Daniel O’Keefe for sponsoring this incredible

experience for our students, as well as, Mr. Mike Philp, Ms. Marie Murray and Ms. Deidre Gibbons for assisting in the event.

RECENT GRADUATES RETURN TO SPELLMANA CONTINUING FALL TRADITION, alumni from the last 5 years return to Spellman to celebrate the Annual Thanksgiving Mass with their former classmates and teachers. Immediately following the Mass, alumni and faculty were invited to the cafeteria for a complimentary networking reception. This free event enables recent graduates to reconnect with one another, as well as their teachers, while they are home from college for the holidays.

SPELLMAN TAKES THE POLAR PLUNGE FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICSSPELLMAN STUDENTS TOOK A DIP in the Long Island Sound on a chilly 46 degree day to support the athletes of the Special Olympics. The Polar Plunge was held this past November at Glen Island Beach in New Rochelle to raise money for New York athletes in the Special Olympics. Spellmanites were challenged and rose to the occasion! Students, along with the contributions of teachers, staff and parents, raised $425 in a very short amount of time. The Pilot was there to cheer on the Spellman swimmers.

SPELLMAN WALKS FOR THE CURE STUDENTS AND FACULTY RAISE MONEY FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH

THE CARDINAL SPELLMAN SERVICE SOCIETY RAISED almost $2,000 this year for “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer”. Despite the bitter cold on October 21st, members of the Service Society and their families showed their support for this very worthy cause by participating in the walk at Orchard Beach. During the month of October, students sold tee shirts, baked for a bake sale and sold pink bracelets and hearts at lunchtime.

Thank you to all who supported the Service Society for this important cause.

SPELLMAN WELCOMES BACK GRADUATES TO SPEAKSPELLMAN HAS BEEN TREMENDOUSLY FORTUNATE to have instilled something very special in alumni who give back to the school not only with donations, but with their time. Many of these alumni come back to the school to visit classes and speak with students about their life and career choices. Hearing first-hand from successful graduates makes a big impression on current students. We are grateful to the alumni guest speakers who visited with Mr. Schoenberg’s Personal Finance and Marketing, as well as Mr. John DiPalermo’s Mass Media classes this past fall. If you are interested in giving back to your alma mater, please contact [email protected].

SPELLMAN STUDENTS ATTEND 2019 MARCH FOR LIFEON JANUARY 18th, twenty-five Cardinal Spellman High School students and three faculty members participated in the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. The group arrived by bus the night before and traveled to a Youth Rally at EagleBank Arena on the campus of George Mason University, joined by thousands of other young people. Prior to the march on Friday morning, the students attended Mass at St. Patrick’s Church in the nation’s capital, celebrated by Timothy Cardinal Dolan of New York.

Following speeches by a variety of officials near the Washington Monument, including an appearance by Vice President Pence, the Spellman contingent marched with a crowd of at least 100,000 people the two miles across Constitution Avenue, past the Capitol and to the Supreme Court Building. Before leaving for home, the group also visited the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, the largest Roman Catholic Church in the United States.

The trip was sponsored by the Pro Life Club, which has attended the March for Life for nearly 30 years. Accompanying the students was Michael Borges, Moderator of the Pro Life Club, Rev. Peter Pilsner, Director of Spiritual Activities, and faculty member Stephanie Irvin '99. Those who participate in the trip recognize the sanctity of life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death, and were there to show their support for the unborn.

SUMMER FUN AT CARDINAL SPELLMANTHERE ONCE WAS A TIME WHEN the halls of Cardinal Spellman High School were dormant during the summer months. Yet, for the past five summers, that atmosphere has been transformed into one of excitement as members of our enrichment programs, the Pilots Enrichment Program and the Leaders In Training, have been molded into the future leaders of the Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and beyond! The Pilots Enrichment Program is designed to help rising leaders in the 7th and 8th grades get ready for the TACHS (Test for Admissions into Catholic High Schools) exam and to prepare for the upcoming school year. The Leaders in Training program is designed to help incoming 9th graders become acclimated to Spellman and

to learn how to be student-leaders in the school. In only five years, both programs have grown exponentially! The word is out

about our experienced, caring teachers who educate the members of these programs through an exciting, interdisciplinary curriculum which includes field trips, science experiments, sports clinics and more. Over the years, more than 700 students have spent the month of July enjoying themselves on the

campus of Spellman and creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Applications for the 2019 Summer Session can be found at www.cardinalspellmanpep.com, or by contacting Mr. Kyle T. O’Donnell at [email protected].

Congratulations to former faculty member and alum ROBERT DOONAN on being the Grand Marshal at the 34th Annual Bronx Veteran’s Day Parade this past November. The parade which runs along East Tremont Avenue ended with a ceremony at Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park honoring Mr. Doonan.

MIKE VIGINTINO’s book, Freedomland U.S.A.: The Definitive History has been published by Theme Park Press. This new book is about the 1960s theme park located on the northeast Bronx where Co-op City and its shopping center now stands. It documents the entire story from conception to bankruptcy of the “Disneyland of the East” and also features the childhood memories of two 1975 classmates - Donald

Garafalo and Nancy (Laterza) Manganiello. The book is available on Amazon (http://amzn.com/1683901770).

Spellman alumni and former faculty member, KEN COOPER, will visit his alma mater on May 10 to speak with current students about the novel that he and his wife, Jacalyn Kalin, recently published under the pen name, Cooper Kalin. The novel is called Where Heaven and the Bronx Met, and follows the adventures of a Catholic high school religion teacher as he becomes a hero in the struggle between the forces of good and evil.

JOSEPH G. PONTEROTTO, PH.D. published the first psychobiography of John F. Kennedy, Jr. On the 20th anniversary of the tragic death of John F. Kennedy, Jr., his wife Carolyn, and her sister Lauren, this new psychobiography explores the inner life, struggles, and achievements of the man the public had called the “Prince of Camelot.” In his newest book titled “A Psychobiography of John F. Kennedy,

Jr.: Understanding His Inner Life, Struggles, Achievements, and Courage,” Dr. Ponterotto explores the inner psychological life of an individual many thought was destined for greatness. Dr. Ponterotto culls a fascinating psychological life story of a great life cut tragically short.

Congratulations to TJ MCDONALD for being named the seventh recipient of Pace University’s Peter X Finnerty Leadership Award. The Peter X. Finnerty Leadership Award is presented to a member of the Pace University athletics community for outstanding leadership and service to the University or to society as a whole. And He Scores!!!!!For some, Monday Night Football has become a part of the natural order of life. On Monday, December 17th, 2018, the Spellman community was especially abuzz with the fact that our very own, #82 Chris Manhertz ‘10, Tight End for the Carolina Panthers, would be playing against his former team, the New Orleans Saints. Throughout the day, one couldn’t go 15 minutes without hearing someone ask, “Are you gonna watch Chris tonight?” It’s almost as if he had his very own primetime special.

In the first quarter, with the score locked at 0-0 and the clock reading 4:17, it happened. On 4th down and 2, the Panthers lined up at the 50 yard line for what looked like a sneak up the middle for Cam Newton. However, that wasn’t the play. Manhertz goes in motion, lining up on the right side. Newton takes the snap under the center, pitches it back to #22 Christian McCaffrey. Manhertz released with no defender near him; McCaffrey sees this and tosses the ball 15 yards down field and #82 did the rest. 35 yards down the field and he cruised in for the touchdown!

Now, one would think scoring your first career touchdown would prompt a fancy celebration or something. Nope, not Manhertz! Staying true to form, he kept it cool, calm and collected for the cameras. Rumor has it, he was just trying to catch his breath from that long run. Nonetheless, he scored. For us in the Spellman community, his touchdown could probably be equated to the Yankees winning the World Series. Additionally, the Panthers have announced that they will resign Manhertz for another 2 years. It was a big day here in the Bronx, and we all congratulate Chris Manhertz on all of his accomplishments. Keep up the good work, Chris.

The Spellman Varsity Football team definitely left their mark on the field winning the football championship, so much so, that the Spellman Football championship made News 12 top 10 sports stories of 2018. Cardinal Spellman had a tough time with Kennedy Catholic in both of their regular season meetings losing both times by identical 21-7 scores, but when it mattered most in the CHSFL Championship, the Pilots showed why they were the defending champs. With 0 seconds in the fourth quarter, Kyle Maysonet achieved a 29-yard touchdown run to put Spellman on top for good as they gained a 13-12 lead against top-seated Kennedy. The final score was 19-12 to capture the CHSAA “A” Championship. It was an exciting game that saw amazing efforts by a number of different players. The 2018 Pilots have now etched their names in the history books.

In what has now become a fall tradition at Spellman, the ninth annual Alumni Homecoming was hosted this past September. Alumni football players, from a range of years, returned for this exciting day.

Prior to the start of the varsity game against Horace Mann, the alumni took to the field for their own football game. Under a bright sunny sky, players wore their special alumni football t-shirts, created just for this game.

During half-time of the varsity game, the Spellman community paused and a plaque honoring the late and beloved Coach Michele Muccio was presented to her family by President and Principal, Daniel O’Keefe. The cheerleaders performed a short routine to a mashup of Missy Elliot songs (Michele’s favorite). Touching speeches were given by the cheerleaders and Michele’s father, Joseph Giaquinta, who is affectionately known as Papa Joe. It was truly a moving and heartfelt moment for all in attendance.

In addition to the sports related activities, Spellman’s Homecoming included a BBQ donated by Nick Mancini ’10 and Posto 22, a bouncy house and an obstacle course. In conjunction with our homecoming events, the newest members to the Cardinal Spellman family, the freshman class of 2022, were welcomed by having a family potluck.

Everyone had a great time!
