The �nvestment of the annual 400.000 tonnes capac�ty Sp�ral Welded Steel P�pe Fac�l�t�es, the foundat�ons of wh�ch were la�d �n Apr�l 2008 at the Osman�ye Fac�l�ty on a 350.000 m2 area was completed �n a short t�me of 1 year and have started product�on �n Apr�l 2009.
Our fac�l�ty has a very broad product�on portfol�o �n the d�ameter range of Ø 16”–Ø 120”, meet�ng all norms regard�ng sp�ral p�pes w�th the API standards at the forefront. In the fac�l�t�es, wh�ch have the newest product�on technology, add�t�onally all k�nds of �nternal and external protect�ve coat�ngs can be appl�ed. All well-known domest�c and �nternat�onal spec�f�cat�ons can be answered.

Our manufactur�ng fac�l�t�es are per�od�cally cert�f�ed by th�rd part�es and have o��c�al cert�f�cat�on such as ISO 9001 and other �nternat�onal and nat�onal product�on standards.

In order to prevent steel to be a�ected by corros�ve env�ronment, the p�pes are covered w�th var�ous mater�als accord�ng to �ts usage purpose. Accord�ng to the customer needs, d��erent coat�ng cho�ces may apply such as 3 layers PP/PE, epoxy, thoroughly de-o�l�ng, de-rust�ng and de-dust�ng of the surface to be covered �s performed through spec�al sandblast�ng mach�ne on Sa 2½ level.

The Trans-Anatol�an Natural Gas P�pel�ne (TANAP) �s a natural gas p�pel�ne from Azerba�jan through Georg�a and Turkey to Europe. It w�ll be a central part of the Southern Gas Corr�dor, wh�ch w�ll connect the g�ant Shah Den�z gas f�eld �n Azerba�jan to Europe through the South Caucasus P�pel�ne (SCP), TANAP and the Trans Adr�at�c P�pel�ne (TAP).
TANAP from the Turk�sh border w�th Georg�a, w�ll run through 20 prov�nces w�th�n Turkey unt�l �t ends at the Greek border of Turkey. From th�s po�nt, the TAP P�pel�ne w�ll connect to convey natural gas to European nat�ons. Two o�take stat�ons are located w�th�n Turkey for nat�onal natural gas transm�ss�on, one located �n Esk�şeh�r and the other �n Thrace.
W�th 19 km runn�ng under the Sea of Marmara, the ma�n p�pel�ne w�th�n Turkey reach a total of 1850 km.
P�pes are be�ng del�vered, unloaded and stacked �n the f�nal dest�nat�ons (p�pe yards, and p�pel�ne route). P�pes are be�ng handled w�th utmost care �n the ra�lway stat�ons.
Comprehens�ve log�st�cs operat�ons be�ng managed by Tosçel�k Log�st�cs Team spec�al�zed for l�nep�pe transportat�on. Tosçel�k del�vered p�pes to TANAP stockyards by mult�model transportat�on comb�nat�on of ra�lway and road transportat�ons.
