THE MISSION To help all humans on Earth gain a sense of truthful, spiritual worldly knowledge while still maintaining their own sense of creative individuality. The purpose of this project is not to replace any current religious beliefs but rather, to enhance and add onto each belief system through simple science and factual observations with in the natural public domain. In essence, life is a changing concept in which everyone learns more and more everyday. Therefore this is not an absolute conclusion but rather, a new means with which to view our ever changing world.

The scope of this project incorporates certain aspects of many religious beliefs. But the main grounding force of this project is Mother Earth and the Spirit of Nature in the natural world. Ultimately, Earth is the MOTHER of all humanity and this project is in honor of this great Matriarch. This project is, more or less, a tool for teaching all humans no matter the age, race, creed, nationality, gender, or religion.

The Baseline

Regardless of your religious belief systems or spiritual affiliations Nature serves as the foundation, the grounding force in which all humans grow. It

gives us the ability to understand our world as it is right NOW.

This is where this project begins, with Nature, namely Biology. What is the common building block found in all of life? It is the cell.

This building block is found in all things, rocks, plants, animals, humans, water, and other elements.

What governs and directs this cell is the code, or directions written within

the DNA of the nucleus.

The DNA, or directions of the cell, determines how the building block will form into the organism and what the life cycle of that organism will be.

Upon further magnification and new scientific research, the molecules of the DNA are found to have no actual physical body. You are encouraged to research and study new scientific evidence based on this idea. You are encouraged to be a free thinker!

What does this have to do with spirituality? Well, the DNA is the life force of the cell, it contains the “mind” and “spirit” of the cell. Even though we do not actually see DNA, we still know it is there, within the biological human body. Through this observation we can then understand that the human body contains the “mind” and “spirit,” just like the biological cell.

The DNA in the nucleus of the cell then directs it to duplicate or copy itself which then forms into a larger organism.

Cell duplication is an important aspect to look at, in and off itself. It reveals a fact about nature, that it essentially mirrors/reflects/copies other forms found in the universe. It’s a pattern we see almost everywhere…

Examples of this mirroring effect, life reflecting other forms of life:

Why does life reflect other forms of life?

This is a great question which may not have an absolute answer. But nonetheless, Nature is trying to teach us that this is just a simple fact of our world. If, in fact, reflections are a part of our world, and humans are

a part of this world, then humans do reflect other forms of life. And, humans do reflect life with their minds like the biological cell splitting,

essentially copying or mirroring itself.

So, here are some important things to keep in mind when it comes to basic spirituality… Science, namely Biology, can help us understand spirituality on a realistic level regardless of religious affiliations. If we understand how the biological cell works, then we as humans can deduce how our mind and spirit works as well. Everyone is encouraged to learn because you are a free thinker. Trust your gut! Only the individual knows what is right for the individual. No one is absolutely right and no one is absolutely wrong since our understanding of the universe is changing every day.

Let’s move on….

In Nature, all cells and all organisms have a specific function. These functions are also mirrors of a larger natural force,

Earth.

All forces of Earth have either a positive role or a negative role on life. These forces can be called the mind and spirit

of Mother Earth.

If we can understand that Mother Earth has a mind and spirit of both positive and negative forces, then we can apply it as a natural pattern on

the human condition. This is where observing and becoming aware of Nature is of great benefit. We may not know why our world has both

forces but the more we know about them then the more we know how we can control their influences over our own behaviors.

The funny thing about these forces is that they are not absolute, they are always changing like the swirl of the ying-yang symbol. Note that each side also has a circle within it. This signifies that there is an aspect of the opposite within it. Contrary to pop culture and pop belief, there is no absolute evil or good, darkness or light.

Think about this for a minute…. A man can commit a crime yet he may do it to feed his family. Or a woman may raise her children with love but she overeats and does not help her children live healthy lives.

Becoming a spiritual person does not mean you live in total ignorance while

believing in a higher power to take care of you. Being spiritual means living in awareness of the world around you, learning from it, and then moving on to help

those who need it. Being realistic about life is part of spirituality.

So let’s be realistic and realize that the world is full of positive and negative forces. When you are spiritually realistic, then you are able to see these negative forces for

what they are and refusing to allow them to have power over you.

So, it’s reasonable to assume that all humans have a positive side and a negative side, just like Mother Earth. Basically, it’s one life

form reflecting another life form.

Let’s go back to Nature, the baseline that serves as the foundation for which all humanity

grows from, just like a tree.

Then as the mind learns more, becoming educated, gaining awareness, learning spirituality and so forth, the mind ascends with a higher awareness increasing their consciousness and abilities to understand the world.

This is why people often hear the saying that “knowledge is power.”

But if someone is negative, wanting to cause harm and hurt other humans, then they mentally descend, having a limited awareness. The may see the world as only being black or white, us against them, and so on.

Why is the world set-up in this fashion? While the answer is simple, not everyone realizes the

simplicity of the answer, and that is to learn. Humans, more or less, are learning how to become a better version of themselves.

Every problematic situation is a lesson to learn from. If a human learns how to handle a problem and

realizes that it is a lesson to learn, then they move onto another life lesson. But if that person does not realize that life is trying to teach them a lesson (how to handle the problem) then the problem will

repeat itself until that person essentially “wakes up” and learns their lesson.

When a human mentally descends then their world gets smaller and they live in fear of the larger world around them. They are also closed off to the larger world and may act in negative ways. They may see that the material world is the only

world and may have no sense of spirituality at all.

When a human mentally ascends then their knowledge of their world expands. They are not afraid to connect to other humans. This is also called “enlightenment” because they indeed are enlightened into the higher layers

of consciousness. These human are not attached to the materials of the world because they realize that the attachment to the materials is what

keeps them down, preventing their ascension.

The more you “know” the more you have control. And, if we apply the positive and negative force to this concept, we can therefore deduce that control can be both a positive and a negative effect. Control is positive if you have control over yourself. But control can be negative if something else has control over you. If

something else has control over you, then they have the knowledge and control, which means they have power over you.

What happens when something else has power over you and it is not for your

benefit? You start to turn into an animal….

• Can adapt to any situation.

• Has the ability to change.

• Has the ability to control emotions.

• Has the ability to think before they act.

Animals

• Can only live in certain environments.

• Does not have the ability to change or control emotions.

• Is a reactionary animal, does not think before it acts.

This is how humans become “aware” of the positive and negative forces, if a force is wanting them to become a better human or if the force

wants them to become more like an animal. If we understand that this is, more or less, a lesson that everyone needs to learn, then we can

overcome this problem and gain control over our selves. Therefore, let’s look at this situation as a valuable lesson of the positive and negative

forces, which are reflections of Mother Earth. This maybe a hard pill to swallow but nonetheless, it is reality.

Let’s do a reality check!

Basketball and football players practice for many hours a day in order to play on a professional team. It also takes many years of playing on other teams, like in school,

before they get to the big leagues. And just like everything else in life, one has to practice in order to become the best at their profession, sport or non-sport.

This is what is asked upon each individual when it comes to spirituality. It is very

much like a sport one has to practice everyday. The reason for this is because if you let your guard down, a negative force will be right there waiting, influencing you to

become negative, emotional, and more like an animal that has no control.

The first key to spirituality is awareness.

Pay attention to the world around you and the people who live in it. Knowing that there is positive and negative in all things, pay attention to what people are saying.

Are they being positive? Are they being negative?

What about your world? What has a positive influence over you? What is a negative influence over you? Are there people or things helping you to become a happy and

healthy individual? Are there people who constantly say that they “don’t care?” Why is that? What are you listening to? Do you believe in other’s negativity? Or do

you separate yourself from the negativity and try to live your own positive life?

Awareness is something that needs to be practiced everyday just like playing a sport.

Spirituality 101 Conclusion… Science and Nature serves as the baseline for modern spirituality because we can see how humans reflect Nature in their everyday life. Mother Earth is the larger force which nurtures humanity. It is also the larger, overall force which has both positive and negative forces. Humans have both a positive and negative side just like the larger force of Mother Earth. Humans have the choice of whether they want to ascend into a higher awareness of their world or descend into negativity with a limited awareness. Awareness is the first key to spirituality and must be practiced everyday just like playing a sport. While some negative forces may want humans to descend down into negativity, the human must realize that this is a life lesson for which the human can grow and steer away from. They have the ability to adapt and change.

Personal Story of the Creator of this Project: Niccole Lee… “I was raised by a single, working mother and moved around many times. I was never in the same school for more than a year. So I did not grow up with any kind of spirituality nor religious beliefs. I suffered from severe childhood depression and was suicidal throughout my adolescent years. The idea of spirituality was far from my mind. I call this period of my life walking in the dark. I then felt that my only escape was to join the US Navy. I barely graduated high school with a 1.7 GPA and went off to boot camp the summer after my high school graduation. I actually enjoyed the change in my life and accepted the discipline. I was actually being recognized for my good behavior and so I wanted to be a better person. Back home I was hardly recognized at all. (You can say I was a lost child). But after sometime in the military, when I turned 25, I wanted to know more, I wanted to know how and why people would get inspired to create or how people would all of a sudden get ideas with which to improve our world. I wanted to know more about spirituality. But this desire to know spirit meant that I would soon “fall from grace.” I stopped caring about my military career, got into drugs, and eventually got myself kicked out of the military. I lost it all, I was at rock bottom. But the one thing I gained was my spirituality, having faith in my self, and knowing that I could climb back out of the rough situation I got myself in. My life was my responsibility, not the military and no other outside force. Not only did I take control of my life, but I began to change how I thought about my world, I had to think more positive and I had to get an education with which to help my reasoning skills. “ “On my journey I crossed many paths of people who were struggling with faith and for some reason I felt the need to help steer them back onto faith. From this I learned that Spirit does reward those who follow and that Spirit, more or less, is for anyone. From what I know after 13 years of working with blind faith (no religious affiliation), Spirit has many layers and levels like the layers of the Earth and sky. I feel that it is through this simple natural logic that everyone can understand the scope of spirituality. I also understand that many people have been turned off to spirituality because of religion. But religion is one thing and Spirit is another. So with the emergence of new Scientific information and Historical evidence, I hope to bring people back to the realities of spirituality. However, I always recommend to people to “trust your gut.” Their spirit already knows. Religion does not seem to satisfy everyone’s spirit because that person already “knows” the reality of spirit. What I also hope to do is “awaken” that knowledge already within each human spirit. For some people this makes sense. For others it does not. But we all can’t be a mathematician or engineer. Everyone has their own special talents and gifts with which to serve a higher purpose. Mine just happens to be spirituality on a realistic level. I started my spiritual journey in the year 2000 in Hawaii. Now, thirteen years later (2013), I feel I have a talent for spirituality and I wish to share that talent, to be a guide or mentor for others helping them on their spiritual paths while living in the modern world. “
