First things first. Thank you, technology, and all of us who have co-created it! :)

When my spiritual awakening began three years ago, Facebook and YouTube were two of my biggest teachers — no joke. Facebook, for me, was a blue doorway to a global community of spiritual seekers and big dreamers (especially women) that I never knew existed. From this community I gained information, inspiration, and the wonderful realization that I wasn’t alone in my desire for something more than what my current surroundings were offering. It was via Facebook that I witnessed others like me doing what I never believed it was possible to do — make a living and a LIFE doing what I love.

If Facebook was my steady stream of inspiration, YouTube was my wide ocean of wisdom. This magical thing called YouTube presented me with the opportunity to learn about anything my heart desired — and being blessed with the gift of discernment + the ability to absorb information like a sponge, I made pretty great use of this tool. It was on YouTube that I first learned about shadow work, chakras, and emotional healing. It was on YouTube that I first listened to channeled teachings by non-physical entities. And it was on YouTube that I first watched the epic series Spirit Science and had my mind wonderfully expanded.

Over the past three years I’ve soaked up hundreds and hundreds of hours of YouTube goodness, parsing out the gems, and benefiting from some awesome teachings. I’ve incorporated many of them into my personal life and professional coaching practice.

I decided to create and curate the Spirit Seekers Guide to YouTube to share some of my favorite video gems with you. I hope that each time you choose one of these to watch, you get the just the right dose of wisdom, love, and expansion...just when you need it most.
