Complete Spirometer in one touch
Simple and clear SpO2 and Pulse measurement with plethysmographic curve for adult, pediatric and neonatal use. Six minute walk test with new O2-Gap index patented by MIR, developed in cooperation with the University of Rome and presented for the first time at the ERS Congress 2010. With a single 6MWT the O2-Gap index estimates the oxygen needs of patients affected by respiratory patologies in pneumology, cardiology and rehabilitation fields.

New WinspiroPRO
Tests results can be easily printed with configurable printout formats.Smart data import facility from Spirodoc, with automatic creation of patient cards plus a preview of the imported test curves and data.
Patented child incentive spirometry to guarantee maximal patient cooperation.
WinspiroPRO can be easily linked to external medical databases, medical administration systems and occupational medicine softwares.
Ideal for clinical trials and telemedicine applications, it offers long term trending facilities including the overlapping test curves for instant comparison: several hundred curves can be reviewed for each patient.
All patient physical activity records as well as body position are shown on simple, single-screen patient cards, with dynamic management of all data and graphs including SpO2 measurements during the corresponding test (6MWT, Sleep, Stress Test…).
WinspiroPRO is a unique featured PC software, which comes standard
with all MIR spirometers and oximeters.
The latest version provides an innovative user interface,
including a detailed motion analysis.

Patient’s home-care symptoms diary
Motion analysis for oxygen prescription
Fast on-screen symptoms entry. Complete touchscreen with settable questions and automatic answer recording for homecare patient use (eDiary).
Spirodoc is the first and only 3D Oximeter to incorporate a Triaxial Motion Sensor which establishes a relationship between movement (step counter, movement analysis, VMU) and any desaturation episode.
According to the latest publications, the quantitation of physical activity is essential for the proper monitoring and COPD patient rehabilitation.

Physical activity monitoring
The gold standard for measuring physical activity is made by means of a 3D Motion Sensor in combination with a spirometer, a pulse-oximeter to monitor desaturation events and a daily questionnaire.
All relevant data is transmitted to a doctor for immediate evaluation and monitoring of patient rehabilitation.
Spirodoc packs all of these things in a nice, small, user-friendly device.
Spirodoc is able to automatically determine and record patient physical activity and body position (i.e. resting, sleeping, walking etc.), while recording any eventual desaturation events.
