art work flow system sets up an electronic docket (JDF)

which follows the job through from pdf, to plate, to press

and beyond. It orders the paper, checks the artwork, sets

up the press and makes minute adjustments throughout

the printing process, sending a final report through to your

account manager. So when the final product leaves our

factory and is delivered to you in our LPG powered van, you

know it will be just perfect…

‘Our Time’ by Cat Garcia

This 200 page case bound book was produced for top London photographer Cat Garcia. The book highlights the lives of 60 of Britain’s most creative people. SPM was commissioned to produce and oversee the project from start to finish due to our expertise in every stage of the production process.

We were involved from the initial design stage and had a strong influence on the stock that was used, the screen ruling of the images, the type of ink and the finishing processes.

The end result is a beautiful book that received rave reviews at its launch and generated huge interest on social media.

Our Time was nominated for a print award.

I worked closely with Phil, Mark and the team at

SPM from the early stages of my book ‘Our Time’.

As a long-term photographic series, I wanted the

book to be a beautiful and crafted piece.

SPM produced the book brilliantly, with great

attention to detail, and being located in London,

it meant I could go and see the proofs, the print

process, and the book itself come to life.

This presentation box, containing two books, was produced for the World Travel and Tourism Council.

We produce work for a number of local authorities and have done so for many years. Some of these are on contracts that were awarded following the OJEU tendering process.
