Lunch Presentations: Sponsor Presentations – especially dedicated to the SOFTWARE Industry – will
be available during lunch on Thursday May 15, 2014 between 13:30 and 14:30
hours.
Presentations can be scheduled for up to 30 minutes and provide a unique

Exhibition: The Exhibition will be held in the Palais Niederösterreich.
All spaces will be allocated based on the reservations received on a first-come,
first-served basis.
There will be no Shell Scheme booths in the exhibition area. Exhibitors may
place individual booths, pop-up booths, roll-ups, poster boards etc.
Tables, chairs, counters, boards, electricity, internet cable connection (WiFi is
freely available) and other technical equipment will be organized by the
administrative office (Medconvent) upon request and has to be paid by the
Sponsor.
