ThecoreframeworkfromwhichtobuildtheCongressisthescientificprogramme,whichhasbeende-signedbytheScientificCommittee.TheLocalOrganisingCommitteehasaddedatouchoflocalflavour,inordertoattractthosefromnearandfar.UnderthethemeoftheCongress,“Allergy:Newanswerstooldquestions”,wewilldissectcurrentknowledgeinthefield.

Advertisingmaterialsmay be distributed onlywithin the bootharea.TheCongressacceptssalesfrombooksellersandpublish-erswithinthefieldrelatedtotheCongress.Alllegalaspectsforthesesalesmustbe handled individually. For the presen-tationofadvertisinglectures,advertisingfilms,slideprojectionandforthedistributionofsamples,itisnecessarytoobtainwrit-ten permission from INTERPLAN. Companies that are notexhibitorsmaynotadvertiseinanyformintheExhibitionHall,in theentrancestotheExhibitionHall,oranywhereelseintheCongressvenue.
Exhibitors are also advised to obtain the Spanish Code of Conduct and the EFPIA HCP Code of Conduct for pharma-ceutical companies and acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations of advertising and marketing in Barcelona. Medical device companies are in addition advised to follow the Eucomed Code of Ethical Business Practice. Com-panies are required to check and ensure their own compliance with the relevant codes and regulations about advertising in Spain and any other applicable rules and regulations from their home country. TheCongressanditsorganiserswillnotacceptanyresponsibilityfornon-compliance.All house rules at the venue will apply and be enforced.Exhibitorsarefullyliablefordamagescausedtothirdpartiesandproperty.Allexhibitorsare strongly recommended to have comprehensive third partyliabilityinsurancefortheirbooths.NoalcoholisallowedintheExhibitionHall.NosalesareallowedintheExhibitionHall.

Production CostsProduction costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of thesponsor.TheEAACICongress2015willnotacceptresponsibil-ityforlatedeliveries,andcannotguaranteetheinclusionordis-tributionoftheitemattheEAACICongress2015.Latedeliveries,ifaccepted,mayalsoattractlatefees.Wherethebuyerisresponsibleforproductionbutdoesnotwishtooverseethedetails,INTERPLANwillbewillingtotakeontheresponsibility,butthisserviceattractsa10%surchargebasedonthecostofthesponsorshipitem.WhenINTERPLANisinchargeofproduction,thebuyerisboundtoacceptthequotescollectedbyINTERPLANandthecostsmustbepaidinfullbeforethecom-mencementofproduction.

Foritemscancelledafter31October2014andbefore2January2015,50%ofthetotalamountvalueoftheorderwillberefunded.Foritemscancelledafter2January2015,therewillbenorefundgranted.If the itemshavebeen sourced fromexternal suppliers and acontracthavebeensigned,thecostsincurredplusthecorre-spondingcharge(basedontheabovedates)willbechargedtothesponsor.All prices are indicated in EUR and exclude VAT, unless otherwise specified. AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL TERMS ANDCONDITIONSAllmattersnotcoveredintheseregulations,ingeneral,intheGen-eral Terms and Conditions, or in other EAACI Congress 2015publicationsaresubjecttothedecisionandcontroloftheCongressOrganisers.TheCongress Organisers reserve the right to takesuchactionsandtomakesuchchanges, includingchangestothe“GeneralTermsandConditions”asareconsiderednecessaryordesirablefortheefficientandproperconductoftheExhibition.Anymattersnotspecificallycoveredbytheprecedingtermsandconditionsshallbesubjectsolelytothedecisionoftheorganiser.Thesetermsandconditionsmaybeamendedatanytimebytheorganiser,andallamendmentssomadeshallbebindingonex-hibitors/sponsorsequallywiththeforegoingtermsandconditions.
FINAL STIPULATIONSIntheeventthattheCongresscannotbeheldorwillhavetobechangedduetoeventsbeyondthecontroloftheCongressOr-ganisers(forcemajeure)orduetoeventswhicharenotattribut-abletowrongfulintentorgrossnegligenceoftheCongressOr-ganisers,theCongressOrganiserscannotbeheldliableforanydamages, costs, or losses incurred, suchas transportation costs,accommodationcosts,financiallosses,etc.Underthesecircum-stances,theCongressOrganisersreservetherighttoeitherre-taintheentirefeeandtouseitforafutureEAACICongress,ortoreimbursetheexhibitor/sponsorafterdeductingcostsalreadyincurredfor theorganisationof theEAACICongress2015andwhichcouldnotbe recovered from thirdparties.AnycompanythatdisregardsthedirectivesoftheCongressOrganisersmaybeexcludedfromtheExhibitionbytheCongressOrganiserswithim-mediateeffect.Suchcompaniesare liable for thewhole rentalsumand forall incidentalexpenses includingVAT. Incases inwhich the Congress Organisers are indebted to the exhibitor/sponsor, the exhibitor/sponsormay demand compensation in-steadofcashpaymentonlywiththepermissionoftheCongressOrganisers.
All oral agreements, special permissions and special arrange-mentsarevalidonlyuponreceiptofwrittenconfirmation. Inallcasesof litigation theexhibitor/sponsoragrees tosubmit to theauthorisedcourtchosenbytheCongressOrganiser.Electively,theCongressOrganisersmaychoosetoappealtothecourtintowhosejurisdictiontheexhibitor/sponsorfalls.
DATA PROTECTIONOurbusinesstreatsallpersonaldataaccordingtotheguidelinesspecified in§4BDSG.Thegathering,storageandprocessingof yourpersonal dataareunavoidable for your registration fortheabovementionedcongress.Theseoccursolelyforthepurpo-sesoforganisingandconductingtheevent.Yourdatawillonlybeconveyed to thirdparties (e.g.organisers,congresscentre,suppliers for the specialised exhibition)who are directly invol-ved in thecongress’programmeandonly if theorganisationalprogrammemakessuchconveyancenecessary.Legislationre-quiresustoaskforyourpermission; ifwedonotreceiveyourconsent,youcannotregisterforthespecialisedexhibitionwithinthecontextofthecongress.
By placing his or her signature on the stand-location re-servation, the signatory declares his or her consent to al-low the personal information which he or she provides to begathered, stored and processed within the context of con-ducting the abovementioned congress, and he or she fur-ther consents to allow such data to be conveyed, if necessa-ry, as described above, to third parties, e.g. the organiser.
