Creative Ways to Support Us

Sponship Level $5000

• This sponsorship renames our Winter, Spring/Summer or Fall adult classes to include your company name.

• The new title would be used in our multi page 10” x 10” professionally designed course catalog which is

distributed to 2500 households in the community (3500 for the Spring/Summer Catalog).

Catalog: The catalog is a source of pride for CCAA, it outlines all of our currently offered classes, highlights

our exciting community events and features, in color, the work of one of our artist-members on the cover,

back and inside back fl ap.

Your Name: The newly named title of the adult courses will be on the front of the catalog and repeated

inside every time the Adult Classes are addressed. Throughout the session, the title with your name will be

present on the home page of our web site, along with your logo and a link to your web site or information

page. We will include the title in our weekly e-blast, which reaches nearly 6000 for the length of the entire

session (usually 5 to10 weeks).

A combination of two adult sessions is valued at $8,000

All three 2015 sessions of Adult Classes is valued at $10,000

• CCAA curates several art exhibitions annually.

• In West Chester we have two galleries which we fi ll with new and unique shows seven times per year for fi ve to six weeks at a time.

This sponsorship places your business’s name alongside the exhibition title in all places where

the exhibition is publicized, including an exhibition postcard, a sponsorship board in front of the

exhibition, our web site home page, our eblast (reaching nearly 6000) and any other forms of

promo we use for the show including articles and interviews.

• CCAA hosts robust and popular Summer Art Camps for children.

• For ten weeks of the summer (6 one-week sessions and 2 two-week sessions) we offer morning

and afternoon art classes that are very popular with the community.

• Each session 80-100 families receive a welcome letter and a medical form, both in paper and

electronic form.

Across the top of each of these forms is a banner advertising your company name and thanking

you for your support. We will also thank you on our web-site home page and on our weekly

e-blast which reaches nearly 6000 in the area. On both of these places we will add a link to your

web site or information page.
