HOST AN EVENT
MORNING MINGLINGS & AFTER HOURS HOST $495 Invite Chamber members to your business to mingle in the morning or chat during after hours. The Chamber will promote your event through evites (sent to 2,000+ recipients!), Chamber website, and our e‐newsletter. We’ll also take the reservations and provide attendees with nametags. If you don’t have a location that can hold 75+, team up with a member who does!
Morning Minglings typically occur on the third Tuesday of every month from 8:00AM‐9:30AM. After Hours typically occur on the first Wednesday of every month from 4:30PM‐6:00PM.
OTHER BENEFITS Receive recognition as an upcoming event host at Chamber
networking events and on our social channels Share information about your business in a 3‐5 minute speech
during the event Chamber staffs the event and coordinates speeches so you can

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AFTER HOURS HOST $350This event is the same structure as our “all‐member” After Hours and is exclusively for Chamber members ages 21‐39. Average attendance for these events is 40‐60 attendees.
YP After Hours are typically held on a quarterly basis on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 4:30PM – 6:00PM. It’s a great chance for our YP’s to build their network and enjoy appetizers & beverages, while you, the host, promote your business!

Leawood Economic Development Council
Established in 2015, the Leawood Economic Development Council (LEDC) is a partnership between the City of Leawood and the Leawood Chamber of Commerce for economic development.
Leawood is a progressive community for businesses and residents looking to sustain a high quality of life in a vital city with enhanced cultural distinction. Leawood provides easy access to the metro highways, ideal for business travel. Other advantages include well maintained streets, nationally recognized school systems, and low crime. Leawood is populated with well-educated, high income, and highly motivated families and businesses. Leawood is the premier location to work, dine, shop, stay, and play in the Midwest and Kansas City Metropolitan region.
Membership on the Leawood Chamber Economic Development Council is $300 per Chamber member business for a 12 month period, prorated to correspond
with the renewal of your Chamber membership. Membership covers the cost of admission for 1(one) person from your organization to attend each of our four
Full Council continental breakfast meetings per year, generally occurring on the 3rd Friday of the month. Additional representatives from your organization may
attend the meetings for $10.00 per person.
