The Golf day will be held on Wednesday, 21st February 2018 at St Michaels Golf Club beginning with breakfast at 7.00am – before we kick off an 18 Hole Ambrose game. The day promises to be filled with entertainment and fun, with great prizes, and fundraising activities to raise important funds to support the work of Taronga’s Indigenous Youth Programs. The day will conclude with lunch, presentation and prizes.

Taronga has recently collaborated with regional Juvenile Justice Centres and local Police-Citizens Youth Clubs to provide young Aboriginal males with the opportunity to re-engage in culture and community.
These programs have been establish to build confidence and create a culturally safe environment for skill development, training and employment opportunities. The ultimate goal is to not only positively affect their lives and break the cycle of reoffending but most importantly foster strong relationships of trust and respect.
