Dear Sponsorship Partner The Woods Panthers Netball Club is seeking sponsorship partners for the 2020 Winter Season and beyond. There are multiple opportunities for you to become involved with sponsoring our club, and to join one of Adelaide’s most prominent Premier League Clubs, enjoying weekly exposure to over 9000 players, officials, parents and supporters. Woods Panthers Netball Club was formed in October 1999 as a result of the merger of two well established clubs in South Australia, the Blackwood (Woods) Netball Club and the Panthers Netball Club. Woods Panthers Netball Club is a Premier League club fielding teams in the Adelaide Metropolitan Netball Division (AMND), and the Southern United Netball Association (SUNA). It is a not-for-profit, incorporated entity. Woods Panthers Netball Club is one of the largest Premier League clubs in the state, this year entering 32 teams from 7 year olds through to seniors in both Winter & Summer Competitions. Our diverse club is the only one based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide to compete in the following competitions:
Netball SA State League Cup - Premier League and Premier League Reserves, the highest level of competition in South Australia
The Adelaide Metropolitan Netball Division
The City Summer Night Netball Competition
The Southern United Netball Association (Summer and Winter teams compete at Morphett Vale)
This guarantees exposure throughout the entire year for our sponsors at two major locations. This is a substantially greater opportunity than most other Premier League Clubs offer, as they do not generally enter teams in a second competition/location. Netball is the largest participation women’s sport in Australia and continues to grow each year following the inception of the Trans-Tasman Trophy or the Suncorp Super Netball as it is more commonly known. Females of all ages participate in netball, and are involved in all areas from coaching to umpiring to administrating and spectating. The State Premier League, including a Reserves division, is the highest level of competition in South Australia, and Woods Panthers competes under the guidance of our Head Coach Judi Andrewartha. Judi is committed to developing exceptional netballers to build an even stronger club and has a strong passion for the game to inspire and guide the netball stars of tomorrow. Judi is about to launch several highly talented players into the Premier League competition, each player having been developed within our club through the junior grades. It represents the beginning of an assertive strategic approach to place the Woods Panthers Netball Club as the emerging team who will be playing finals across every age division in 2020, with success at the highest level as our priority.

How is Umpire sponsorship different?
Your sponsorship would provide annual payment of NSACUA (Netball SA Coaches & Umpires Association) for all umpires.
Ongoing training and development for junior umpires.
