Objectives:

1. To make understand the role of regular physicalactivity in CRPF, HTC.

Learning Activities:

(a) To strengthen the concept with practical lifesituation (Lift or Escalator dh ctk; lhMh prefer djus dh vknrMkyukA

(b) To report any other physical activity preferences inplace of inactivity behaviours like morning walk,jogging or leisure time sports etc.

Validity Evaluation:

1. By teaching two colleagues on the above contents whohave not attended the inservice programme conductedby SCERT on Feb. 25-29, 2008.

2. By answering questions posed by the resource personor by the audience.

Achievement Records:

1. To self evaluate notes and complete the same with thehelp of colleagues.

2. To prepare for a test on the contents and maintain theevaluation score as one’s achievement level.
