to ACTIVE Works®.

6. Complete the Organization

Primary Contact section.

NOTE Registration Center is organized on an event to

event basis. Events exist within the system and are only

linked by the event director accounts associated to each

event listing. ACTIVE Works® is organized by

organizations. Each organization sets up events and has a

specific list of users that can access those events. This

gives all the events within the organization common

remittance information and allows for organization-wide

reporting.

NOTE The Organization Primary Contact will be the

person ACTIVE provides to registrants regarding questions

pertaining to your events. There can only be one

Organization Primary Contact.

7. Complete the Organization

Information section.

NOTE The organization name is used to identify

your account, but not necessarily who the

payments will be made out to. Best practice is to

avoid using years or dates in the organization

name.

NOTE The organization name will be printed on

remittance payments along with the Pay To name.

8. Complete the Financial

Information section.

NOTE Processing fees can only be absorbed by the

organization or the participant. At this time,

organizations cannot choose to split the processing

fees.

NOTE If the organization address is different from the

remittance address check the box “Send my checks to

an alternate address”. In Registration Center, this

information was entered in Accounting Information

under the Organization Information folder.

NOTE Multiple remittance accounts can be setup after

the organization has been created.

9. Review the ACTIVE Network

Agreement.

10. Electronically sign the

agreement and click the Finish

button.

NOTE After signing the ACTIVE Network

agreement, ACTIVE Works® will become your

event administration tool for all new events. You’ll

still be able to view and manage past events in

Registration Center by logging in at

www.ACTIVE.com/explorer.
