SPOTLIGHT ON OWNER Kasia SitarzJust over 5 years ago, I dreamed of being on the cover of a magazine. Today, I can finally say my dreams have come true. As the Owner of Body Movement Therapeutics & Proud Cover Model of this month's issue of OPTIMYZ Magazine, I would like to share my own personal story with you. All of my struggles and experiences have led me to be who I am today. My goal was to share my story with the world and one of the most important aspects I would like to recognize is we must brave through our
experiences in order to learn not what we want out of life, but who we are. Have the courage to face our fears, and battle through.” So often in life we try to juggle our career, family, friends, amongst many other things, and put the most important thing aside- ourselves. This issue talks about finding your passion, discovering who you are, sounding your voice and sharing it with the world.

Another important aspect in overall health and wellness is Nutrition. So many people struggle with what eating “healthy” truly means, trying new diet plans, eliminating gluten, drinking juices etc. In this month’s issue of Optimyz I showcase that eating healthy is not as complicated as it seems, in my weekly nutrition schedule. This schedule outlines 7 days of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Included with the schedule are a few of Kasia’s famous recipes, such as her delicious Protein Pancakes & amazing Avocado Shake.

Whether you are new to working out, or an exercise fanatic, a well-rounded
fitness program is essential for optimal results. As a PRO Fitness Athlete I outline my
specific personal training routine, including both Strength and Cardiovascular
elements. It is extremely important to include rest, recovery and flexibility training
between intense workouts i.e. this Outdoor Adventure Workout. Following these
basic strategies to help build TRUE Strength, Endurance & Confidence.
TRY THIS SUNWARRIOR RECIPE @ HOME
Kasia’s Protein Pancakes 3 egg whites 1 scoop Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein ½ Banana ½ cup Oatmeal 1 tbsp goji berries or dark chocolate *Blend all ingredients except oatmeal. Then stir in oatmeal and let sit for 10 minutes. Cook on medium heat, using 1 tsp coconut oil. Garnish with Shredded coconut or goji berries.
Often workout routines can become repetitive, boring and mindless, resulting in a fitness plateau. Step outside of your comfort zone and change up your workout routine today, with My whole body Outdoor Warrior Workout.
This whole body workout can be completed by individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Challenge yourself by working out outdoors with varying temperature, different terrains and your own body weight as the resistance. Complete this work out a minimum of 2 times per week, and gradually increase the intensity from Beginner to Expert!

Magazine. This is exactly what I meant by filling my
bowl, with each and every one of you. True Mentality is
definitely more than just a boot camp. We are a
