Our Speakers

Jane Quist, Program Officer, CNCS UtahJane has worked with Senior Corps in various capacities since 1996. Jane was introduced to Senior Corps in 1996 when she accepted the job of project director for an Experience Corp demonstration project. Jane served as an RSVP Project Director before joining the CNCS staff in the Utah State Office in 2002. From 2004-2009 Jane worked in Washington, D.C. for Senior Corps and then back to the Utah State Office in 2009 to present. Jane has a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University.

Tarah Maners, Program Officer, CNCS Indiana Tarah’s service with the Indiana State Office began in 2005 as a training consultant and Senior Fellow as a graduate student at Indiana University. In 2010, she joined the staff as State Program Officer managing a statewide portfolio of grant funded programs and directs all training, professional development and logistics functions for Indiana’s state office. Tarah holds the Bachelor degree in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and the Master of Public Affairs degree in Nonprofit Management from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She earned the certificate in Mediation from Indiana University School of Law.
