In most cases the natural leather skin provides a model for the various surface finishes and textures: a high-techproduct inspired by nature. In addition, technical grains area welcome challenge for us to accept. Our competence ingrain reproduction, also in the micro range, is unmatchedand unsurpassed.
Grain
The surfaces stand out in attractive and luxurious colors that reflect a timeless sense of style and elegance. There are virtually no limits to our visual design. Our customers particularlyvalue that we are able to produce even bright-colored surfacessmoothly and lightfast.

By applying specific processes in the molds, the gloss levelcan be attuned individually to each component. Thanks tothe perfect reproduction ability in the mold, the visual effectssuch as depth and 3D can be realized without difficulty.

The secret behind our high-quality surface is the combination of spray technol-ogy and chemical knowledge. The special properties of the sprayedpolyurethane allows us to make a one hundred percent copy of the grain pat-tern. Natural as well as technical surface structures are perfectly reproducedwhich is based on the combination of micro/macrostructures, gloss, and color.Our customers really do appreciate that we are able to master this interplay per-fectly.
